Fast Turnaround and Great Service

Emmanuel and Emma were extremely helpful throughout the process of ordering, customising, and keeping us updated on developments and delivery. Our team had a tight deadline to receive the garments and we were delighted that the Jumpstart team not only accommodated our schedule, but went above and beyond in terms of service and quality.

Bad Customer service

Contacted the company through Instagram and email, and got few responses. Closer to making an order they stopped replying. They have seen all my messages on Instagram and just ignored it.

You didn’t know how to make a logo and send it in the right format so we said we couldn’t work with you as it would be too stressful. Rather than mess up your order we would prefer you find a company that can work with you better. We would rather not take your money.

I love Jumpstart

I love Jumpstart because unlike a lot of other places online that offer printing services I can actually see what my design looks like on the clothing and adjust it. They offer the best selection of blanks to choose from and the end product is so good!

Don’t use this company

Don’t use this company . Ordered a sample , gets a phone call from Emmanuel recommending a different brand of t shirt . I say no but he insists he’ll send it for free .
When I get my sample he sends the brand I didn’t want in the first place , the ink had obviously been running out and the sample was a mess. Tried texting and I’ve just been ghosted.
Originally I thought it was due to my design but from hearing from other people it’s just the way he’s done it. Don’t waste your money . Also don’t get me started on the shipping time.

Really good service

I tried Jumpstart for sampling some…

I tried Jumpstart for sampling some initial products that I was hoping to order in larger quantities. Initially spoke with Emmanuel who seemed very helpful and willing to help meet my deadline. He mentioned that this would incur an extra cost due to timings so I paid an express fee to receive my product on time. However, the product was already sent out late, and when checking the tracking, I could see that the sender had not covered the shipping costs. As a result, the product was held for further time. I did not receive a call card, and there was no means for me to reimburse the shipping company to release the package.

After over two weeks of chasing via phone and email, I received a hostile and unhelpful message back from somebody named Emma, whom I have not dealt with previously. She refused to send a refund for the items and mentioned that the company is not liable for the issues caused.

After a back and fourth and no accountability from the company I was offered a £40 credit?.. For some t-shirts that never arrived this is laughable.

While I would love to support startup brands, the terrible customer service makes it not viable - I'm now without the t-shirt and a refund and I will now have to go through the process of initiating a chargeback.

I can see via Trustpilot that you respond to negative reviews in 24 hours so please do let me know why it takes over 2 weeks for an email response too.

If you're looking for more professional printing companies that can deliver on time I'd look elsewhere.

Jumpstart Company is run by an amazing, talented, catering businessman who understood my vision and executed efficiently- exceeding my expectations. I am thrilled with the outcome and the quality of my t-shirts and look forward to ordering again in the future !

Scam - Really not worth dealing with the hassle

Made a small order. Didn't hear back from them for 3 days so requested to cancel order.

They declined saying they haven't sent it and won't give a refund because they were planning to send it today.

I ask for a refund 10 minutes later and then they say it's all been sent. To get a refund it will the cost nearly half of the order.

Criminal. Absolutely don't go near if you want customer experience and to see them take joy in openly lying.

Hostile, as made by another reviewer, is polite.

Update: recent feedback on this post highlights more lying. Cost of refund is £2 short of the cost of the jumper. The final comment about the money going further had no mention of any weekend and was an attempt to de-escalate and ask for discretion after the interaction.

Lying about delivery times, lying about items being sent, lying about threats. Lying about compromise - compromise was to buy another jumper.

Abhorrent - if this platform could share screenshots of the email chain I would.

Hi Oscar,

You placed an order on the 23rd of november. 2 days later you sent us an email asking to switch the sizes. We kindly let you know this would not be possible as your order had already been picked for dispatch and was at the warehouse.

You then asked to cancel your order and we kindly informed you again that if you want us to pull it from the warehouse there would be an admin charge of £30 or 25%.

You then demanded we refund you and we declined, if you had been slightly more compromising Im sure we could have reached a solution. Though we have a strict no return/refund policy on sample blanks.

You then said, we should refund you because £60 would go alot further for you this weekend. We would advise you in future when purchasing to enquire regarding sizing before purchase and not attempt to use threats to claim back funds.

Like a sack of potatoes

Items arrived late and the wrong items included. Some items are misshapen and sub standard quality, weight of materials are lighter than the grams per sqaure metre would infer.

Customer services are hostile and difficult and refuse to refund for items not fit for purpose, will need to initiate a charge back but at least I didn't order a bulk order, but for a test order the quality and description of the tailoring is not justified.

We apologise for you feeling this way and the delay in you receiving your blank sample garments.

We recognised you received 1 item the wrong colour so we proposed a replacement item to be sent out once you shipped the item back to us, however you refused. Additionally, you were upset an item did not fit you well, which our team clarified to you was the way the item fit, we have no control over body size and shape and the whole point of ordering from our blank store is to test garments.

You were unhappy about the colour of natural raw which is a natural cream with pigmnets of raw hem, but instead you mistook this for dirt.

We apologise once again if you felt we were hostile, though we are sure it was a simple case of you not understanding the specifications of garments.
