I tried Jumpstart for sampling some initial products that I was hoping to order in larger quantities. Initially spoke with Emmanuel who seemed very helpful and willing to help meet my deadline. He mentioned that this would incur an extra cost due to timings so I paid an express fee to receive my product on time. However, the product was already sent out late, and when checking the tracking, I could see that the sender had not covered the shipping costs. As a result, the product was held for further time. I did not receive a call card, and there was no means for me to reimburse the shipping company to release the package.

After over two weeks of chasing via phone and email, I received a hostile and unhelpful message back from somebody named Emma, whom I have not dealt with previously. She refused to send a refund for the items and mentioned that the company is not liable for the issues caused.

After a back and fourth and no accountability from the company I was offered a £40 credit?.. For some t-shirts that never arrived this is laughable.

While I would love to support startup brands, the terrible customer service makes it not viable - I'm now without the t-shirt and a refund and I will now have to go through the process of initiating a chargeback.

I can see via Trustpilot that you respond to negative reviews in 24 hours so please do let me know why it takes over 2 weeks for an email response too.

If you're looking for more professional printing companies that can deliver on time I'd look elsewhere.
