DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I'm just going to paste the email I sent to the company that they still haven't responded to.

STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

Awful quality items with atrocious printing.

It took a month for them to send the items. All of them are printed using the wrong technique and they are all wonky.

Hi Jumpstart

I hope you are well.

This email needs to be read, understood and acted upon immediately. I wouldn't possess such urgency if it wasn't serious.

In this email I will address the outstanding number of issues that have arisen during the process of working with you guys.

In the later part of this email you will find the solution I seek to find.

To start things off.

I placed an order of 14 items on the 21st of march, I received 6 of my items on the 19th of April almost a full month after the initial order was placed. This is completely unacceptable considering you promised through multiple emails and multiple platforms that you have a 7-10 day turnaround for all of your customers' orders.

After two separate emails to Shaniah with no response I tried calling the phone number you have listed on the website. Not to my surprise the 3 separate times I called all went straight to voicemail with no signs of anyone getting back to me.

On the day of my purchase with your company I received a text message from Emmanuel From Jumpstart.

As I couldn't get through to Shaniah or the phone number that was listed on your website I proceeded to phone Emmanuel.

He answered the phone and went on to explain the situation and the so-called explanation as to why my items were delayed.

After doing so he assured me that I would receive email confirmation of everything that was said throughout the phone call. This included the compensation I would receive for having my items sent to me so late after the promised time frame.

To my surprise I did not receive this email confirmation of the phone call even after messaging Emmanuel and asking him to.

Unprofessional behaviour.

After all of this I was so happy to see my items arrive on the 19th of April. 22 days after I placed my order.

However that happiness was very short-lived because as soon as I opened my order I noticed an unbelievable amount of issues.

The first thing I noticed were the complimentary Trucker caps.

I immediately noticed that all of them were completely off center by about 10-15mm which is a massive amount and is quite frankly unacceptable. All of the hats are rendered useless as they look so unprofessional. They were also meant to be screen printed according to Shaniah and all of them are a low quality DTF.

As for the items I paid for...

ALL OF THEM HAVE BEEN MADE USING THE WRONG PRINTING TECHNIQUE!

On your website you clearly promote your "Industry leading print technology" as in your ability to produce DTG printed garments.

This is the only reason I opted to go with you guys and all of my items have been sent to me with DTF prints that are so subpar it's hilarious.

Not only are they all DTF, some of the prints are lifting on the corners.

They are completely off centre.

They have wrinkle marks all over them.

One of the items has blatantly been stretched whilst it's hot because the print is so ill fitted.

This is completely unacceptable and I am honestly shocked at how awful they have come out.

Not only this but I was also promised tagging and bagging on all of the items.1 of my 6 items has been tagged which again is just ridiculous.

I'm going to attach photos of all of the issues that I have just discussed.

I honestly can't believe how badly all of these items have come out, I was expecting "Industry leading printing techniques" (DTG) and I ended up getting some DIY DTF prints that look like someone had made them for a school project.

As you can tell I'm not best pleased with your service.

Moving forward the only options i can think of are;

All 14 of the items i have ordered to be made/remade to the quality that was advertised free of charge.

Either this or a full refund.

You still have 8 of my items waiting to be shipped. I suggest that you don't send these items unless they are going to be DTG printed with labels and bags.

If you are unable to make this guarantee I am going to need a full refund.
