I love the Japan candy box because I got so many different snacks and candies from Japan. Each box is different and has a wide variety of food. I would recommend buying this box for a fun gift.

I originally made an order on the 5th of June 2025 for a snack rescue box but have not received my order yet. It is now the 17th of October. I have contacted the company by both WhatsApp and Email and received a response, they said they had trouble moving their warehouse from Hong Kong to Tokyo due to the tariff rumps and I understood they're struggles, they affirmed in emails that my order has been sent and I had been grateful.

Seeing that I haven't got my order yet, I have contacted them again on WhatsApp on the 15th of September asking for a working shipping link or working tracking number for my order since JCS64570 was not the tracking number and have yet to receive a response. I have been very patient but it seems that it isn't paying off. I would just like the order that I payed in my hands please, thank you.

I spent some time in Tokyo, Japan when I was in my 20's, and ever since then I have had random cravings for some of the snacks I sampled there. When I received my first Japan Crate, I can't tell you how excited I was to see some of the snacks I'd been yearning for!! I have loved my boxes so far, and enjoyed the variety of snacks I've received. Thank you Japan Crate!

I recommend Japan Candy Box because I like it because it almost always has a mix of sweet and savory, traditional flavors, and some more experimental or seasonal ones. It keeps my curiosity alive.

It was about a year ago but I purchased a single box from them just to try it out and it was awesome! Had fun stuff! I have food allergies so I normally struggle with finding safe snacks but most of the stuff included were allergy safe!

This company's customer service is top notch. Even though they just experienced a huge move they have kept the lines of communication wide open and let us know each step of the way when to expect our product. The candy is delicious and different, great quality.
