Order Rescue Box June 5th, not delivered

I originally made an order on the 5th of June 2025 for a snack rescue box but have not received my order yet. It is now the 17th of October. I have contacted the company by both WhatsApp and Email and received a response, they said they had trouble moving their warehouse from Hong Kong to Tokyo due to the tariff rumps and I understood they're struggles, they affirmed in emails that my order has been sent and I had been grateful.

Seeing that I haven't got my order yet, I have contacted them again on WhatsApp on the 15th of September asking for a working shipping link or working tracking number for my order since JCS64570 was not the tracking number and have yet to receive a response. I have been very patient but it seems that it isn't paying off. I would just like the order that I payed in my hands please, thank you.
