After visiting the shop in the lake District, we decided to buy from the online store. The website is extremely efficient and the customer service in the shop was fantastic. Needless to say, the quality of the gear is incredible!

Have worn Inov8 running shoes for over 20 years now for use on trails, road and fell and never had a problem. Comfortable, durable and always do the job they're intended for- can't remember the last time I bought another brand.

Since moving closer to the Inov8 store at the Forge in Staveley, I usually buy in person rather than online. Product range remains excellent but the service just seems unenthusiastic and lacking in any real interest in customers even when quiet- could be so much better.

I have had a least 30 pairs of Inov shoes over the years, both trail running, road shoes and gym shoes. I have not been disappointed with any of my choices.

The shoes and indeed clothing have been delivered very promptly and I am more than happy with this aspect also. I have visited the Stavely store several times and have been very happy with the service that was provided. All of the people I dealt with have been knowledgeable and only too willing to pass this on to help me with my choices. Well done Inov 👏👏

The staff at your Stavely shop took my old shoes for recycling and unexpectedly informed me of a 20% complimentary discount of which I was not aware! So thanks for that! The shoes arrived in 2 days which was excellent and like all Innov8 shoes look the real deal though I've yet to test them. G-grip has massively impressed me in the past so I expect no problems there! My only issue with Innov8 products in the past has been durability so I'm hoping to see improvement there.

Easy online ordering. Very friendly and helpful email enquiries service. Super helpful and knowledgeable team in the Staveley store. Good layout, plenty of stock to try (and great coffee, cakes and bread next door!). Easy refunds process.

The size i ordered was too small around my shoulders. I went into the store and was dealt with promptly and with professionalism yet with an approachable manner.

Ordered Sunday. Arrived Monday. Excellent

Really pleased with the fit only walked around the house up to now , Santa is holding onto them until Xmas day.

Have had nothing but good things from Inov8. Living locally to Staveley we often visit the shop and have recently purchased ROCLITE G 345 GTX V2 for my Tour Du Mont Blanc trip next week. I gave them a test outing this weekend at the new 25km trail run 'Beyond The Lune' in Kirkby Lonsdale and combined with the Inov8 Merino socks they were so comfortable and did a great job. Thanks to inov8 customer services for all there help, they couldn't do enough.

I purchased the new Trailflys online, in size 6.5 wide fit. This is the size I have always had on previous versions of the trailfly, but although these were plenty wide enough I felt my toes needed a bit more length in the shoe. I took them into the Forge store in Staveley. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and swapped them for me without any problem.

Knowledgeable, no nonsense service. Helpful but not “selling.”
