I live in the USA but sort out your store as I love your shoes . The staff were knowledgeable and very accommodating.

Timelines of delivery was great. I ordered direct from inov 8 uk as shoe I was after wasn't available in Australia. Delivery arrived within a week. Size was correct as recommended by size guide on website. Very happy with ordering process!

Friendly staff, and plenty of stock to try in store

Slightly smaller on length than my Altras but I did get wide fitting so good around the toe box and mid foot . Although, heel cup is slightly looser possibly for this. Nice shoe overall, yet to properly try them out and feel like they will be good with all my feet problems

I wanted a new hiking shoe that would be wide fit. This causes me to have a restricted choice.Your advisor, Morgan in the Bakewell shop, was very knowledgeable regarding various shoes, their differences & suitability. Morgan was able to suggest upsizing and brought out several shoe sizes to try. I eventually bought the Roclite GTX. The only issue is that my right heel has a bit movement which will result in a blister. Apart from that the shoes look well made and are more supportive than my previous hiking shoes.

The shipping was quick and efficient. The shoes are very nice; now I just need to try them on. The size was true to size—I wear a 12 in Nike, and the same applies to these.

Excellent help from your shop assistant - he was patient, helpful, friendly and relaxed. When it turned out you didn’t have exactly the size of boot I needed, he made it very easy to order the boots I wanted online - straightforward, no fuss. The boots arrived the following morning - I’m impressed! Thanks for such an easy retail experience.

I have two pairs of Roclite shoes now, both colours and am set to get another in the next few months. I’ve transitioned from big heavy walking boots for hiking to shoes and after trying many different makes I tried Inov8 Roclite and can honestly say I won’t use any others now.

Great products and fantastic value for money. I purchased the Inov-8 Roadfly following a demo social run. Great comfort and fit with a light feel.

Shocking QC. Onto my third pair of g400v2 and they get worse each time. I’ve got a pair of GTX trainers too which if I’d paid full price I’d be disappointed.

My latest pair of G400s have lasted all of 4 months and for most of that time I’ve been wearing my trainers. They’ve probably only done 100 miles.

Unless you’re a very casual hiker, walking on flat, paved paths, I’d give owt from Inov8 a wide berth. If you go to Wales, the Lakes or Scotland and are into proper hiking, forget it 👎

What do I love about INOV8? Firstly I love the products, the materials always make us feel we are buying quality items (several running tops don't get used for running as they are too good and get worn out and at work). The online service with it's price match promise is superb and you not only say it, but deliver it! We often go to the shop in Bakewell, the staff are genuinely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Having runners who speak and sell to runners (hikers too), is fantastic. There is little worse than trying to buy from a store where the staff do not know, or particularly care about the subject and equipment they are supposed to be selling. Offering no advice, or worse, bad advice to people trying to make an informed choice. Never the case with INOV8. We also like the after sales support and confidence that if there is an issue, we will be taken seriously and taken care of. INOV8 are a model, in my mind, of what a brand needs to be in order to be truly successful. On a side note and only my opinion, the general change I have seen from the 8 shaped like a foot, to the number 8 is a winner. In conversations with other runners / hikers or people at work when I'm wearing your kit, the INOV8 is easier to understand. I fear that when people are unsure how to pronounce a brand, they steer clear of it to save themselves from looking silly should they pronounce it wrong.
Please do not follow the crowd with the massive soles we are seeing on many other running brands! The closer we can keep to barefoot running the better , ask any good physio, However, I love rock plates for off road, grip for all surfaces and waterproofing for comfort, whilst still gibbering on about barefoot running (I'm sure you understand, well, I hope that you do anyway). :)
Please keep up the good work, don't change your principles and I with INOV8 all the best of luck as your brand and your story grows and grows.
