What do I love about INOV8? Firstly I love the products, the materials always make us feel we are buying quality items (several running tops don't get used for running as they are too good and get worn out and at work). The online service with it's price match promise is superb and you not only say it, but deliver it! We often go to the shop in Bakewell, the staff are genuinely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Having runners who speak and sell to runners (hikers too), is fantastic. There is little worse than trying to buy from a store where the staff do not know, or particularly care about the subject and equipment they are supposed to be selling. Offering no advice, or worse, bad advice to people trying to make an informed choice. Never the case with INOV8. We also like the after sales support and confidence that if there is an issue, we will be taken seriously and taken care of. INOV8 are a model, in my mind, of what a brand needs to be in order to be truly successful. On a side note and only my opinion, the general change I have seen from the 8 shaped like a foot, to the number 8 is a winner. In conversations with other runners / hikers or people at work when I'm wearing your kit, the INOV8 is easier to understand. I fear that when people are unsure how to pronounce a brand, they steer clear of it to save themselves from looking silly should they pronounce it wrong.
Please do not follow the crowd with the massive soles we are seeing on many other running brands! The closer we can keep to barefoot running the better , ask any good physio, However, I love rock plates for off road, grip for all surfaces and waterproofing for comfort, whilst still gibbering on about barefoot running (I'm sure you understand, well, I hope that you do anyway). :)
Please keep up the good work, don't change your principles and I with INOV8 all the best of luck as your brand and your story grows and grows.

Very disappointing experience so far and I've not finished yet. I have been trying to refrain from writing a review until we have finished our business, but I am starting to feel like I am getting ignored.
I do not rate companies down on faulty goods, that's just life. What's important is how the issue is dealt with.
In my case I had an issue with the amount of scratches on the screen of the handset I ordered as it was listed as "Excellent" condition.
I would have potentially settled for a partial refund or a replacement. However, I have e mailed them several times, I had an e mail back on each occasion stating they would contact me after 2 working days maximum. A week and 4 e mails later, I have still not heard anything.
They have e mailed and text me asking for a review, so here I am. I even replied to their review requests asking for someone to please e mail or call me back. Still nothing, so I have just tried calling. initially a message to say that I was in a queue, then it said no one was available.
I am very frustrated and still have no resolution.
I am extremely tenacious and I will NOT let this drop, whatever hoops I need to jump through to reach a resolution.
I will keep you all posted on the case.

I bought a pair of Inov8 Roclite Pro boots online, they were a little big so Inov8 were more than happy to replace them.
I used them to walk the entire 95 mile (actually clocked up 101 miles), of the West Highland Way (Glasgow to Fort William). The terrain varies from hard track, to forest track to the treacherous Military road. We had hot dry and soaking weather over the 6 day walk and the boots were utterly amazing. Due to my own lack of planning, day one of the trek was the first day I’d ever worn them, but right from the off, they were comfortable, grippy and supportive. All I could ask for and more!

I also bought an Inov8 Pertex jacket (StormShell FZ), and this was also utterly amazing. Ultra lightweight, wind and water proof. Perfect for when we were rough camping and on chilly morning and evenings.

Thank you to Inov8 for keeping me warm, dry, comfortable and very importantly, keeping the weight down too.
