NEVER buy from Hisense!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing a Hisense dishwasher and American fridge-freezer, both of which have developed problems in little over a year of purchasing. It's a long story but in essence we've had engineers out for the dishwasher - keep arriving and saying they don't have the parts and then disappear again and its another 2-3 weeks for a further appointment. At this point we are a month without a dishwasher. Same engineer looked at our fridge and said it needed a new pump and he would pass a message to Pacifica (warranty company) for the part to be ordered. Two weeks later and appointment for repair is cancelled the night before by the same engineer because he has to 'order the part'! What? he was supposed to do that 2 weeks ago. Staff at Hisense extremely rude and unhelpful. Clearly couldn't care less about providing customer service. Can't let us speak to a manager - can only email. Now a month without both appliances. To say we are raging mad would be an understatement. Now liaising with my bank to reclaim the money spent as company is violating its warranty conditions. NEVER buy a Hisense product - they are garbage and the staff are beyond useless.

Worst company ever - untrustworthy

Quite simply this is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to purchase from. If I could give it Zero or a minus rating I would. Still waiting on a refund for and expensive item purchased and returned online in December. Raised it with their so called ‘customer service team’ (what a misnomer that is as they couldn’t be more unhelpful if they tried) and have since had to email them over 20 times and each time receiving a disjointed reply that gives me different excuses, asks me to wait yet another 48-72 hours, 3-5 days, 7 days, 14 days (you get the picture) and never actually resolve the problem. Every email I receive is from a different staff member who clearly can’t understand and or answer a simple question and who just spout platitudes while never actually helping. Can’t call you back, dont investigate, just lie and withhold your money. I have now had to resort to requesting my bank investigate and action a Section 75 chargeback. Utterly appalling. Take my advice and stay well clear. I will never purchase from this company again. Beyond disgraceful!

Edit Update: as you can see, following my review USC/Sports Direct customer service team emailed to say they would try to resolve the issue. This was an absolute lie! They did email me and then just proceeded to spout the same rubbish as the other customer service reps - give us another few days, we refunded you (no they did not), your query has been dealt with etc etc Utter nonsense.
They write the follow ups to our reviews to try to show they want to resolve issues but this is a sham. Don’t be fooled. I am still waiting for my refund and now my bank is on the case. Stay clear of this company!

This was truly a dreadful experience…

This was truly a dreadful experience from start to finish. Not only were the couriers late by a day, when they did arrive they tried to assure us our fridge wouldn’t fit through the door when it clearly would, and did. They swore and complained incessantly while delivering the item and were quite rude and abrupt with my husband who had to basically show them how the item could fit. Not only that but they then tried to leave without removing the packaging and when we asked them to we were met with even more sighs and rudeness. After they left we unwrapped the fridge and found that the plug was completely smashed and the back internal cooling plate of the fridge was dented - likely due to their bashing and crashing it about the place. A truly awful experience. We have conveyed our disappointment and frustration to Hughes and have asked them to take it up with ARROW XL on our behalf as it would put us off ever buying from them again if they continue to use this courier company.

Absolutely appalling experience

Absolutely appalling experience. I ordered multiple items online and needed to return them which I did via their courier Evri. Waited for a refund which never materialised. Could not get through on the contact number on their website which just plays a message saying there is an error. The WhatsApp chat service is atrocious. The staff seem to have no clue and ask the same questions over and over and offer platitudes but don't deal with the problem. Fob you off with 'wait 24-48 hours' but nothing happens. I am out of pocket 110 pounds and still no refund. Their system has not updated that my items were received but I can see via the Evri tracking system that they were delivered on 28/7. Trying to action a chargeback via my credit card as getting nowhere with Zara. Utterly appalling - the worst service I have ever experienced and I shop online a lot at different retailers. I will NEVER shop here again. Please do not shop with this company.
