Useless....if you enjoy stress and aggravation and you really like standing in the corner head butting walls for hours on end and most importantly you have plenty of spare unwanted cash then I strongly recommend this company your going to have a great time....

This company is awsome....from sales to delivery and after care ...very well put togeather company that runs like a well oiled machine....best delivery men I've come accross....very professional put a 1m wide heavy American Fridge Freezer in my kitchen with not a mark on it to be seen anywhere...very impressive how they went about it....sales to are spot on and phoneing them is easy and strait forward and the best thing is someone who actually wants to help you awnsers your call every time and the cherry on the top is you can understand them and them you....brilliant...would definitely recommend AAAAA×

Not good to be honest....poor quality fridge freezers ...mine had back plate missing and was poorly finished around the drink dispenser and the gap between the doors seemed to wide...you could spin a 2 bob through it (sideways) ...what was more concerning than the 2 watt tim build of there appliances ( probley sweat factory in a 3rd world country knocking them out like a cookie cutter production line) is how long they last and the lack of help when they do break down...reading through these reviews is shocking ...avoid...there are plenty of brands that last 15 to 20 years not a few months to a couple of years...research them...and ide just like to add (yeah what they said in regards to the reviews)

This company is great...customer service is excellent...when it comes to broadband I've been through the mill but for once I've phoned a broadband company and not got pushed from pilla to post and tied in knots and got nowhere and come away upset needing to phone again..phoning youfiber was actually quite plesent...thankyou God for giving us youfiber...AAAAA+

Love the machine....had a few difrent makes of coffee machines over the years and this is the best I've had....good price and a wide range of compatible pods that fit it...even lidals has 20 pods for a few quid in a few difrent flavors...its just quick and easy to use....Ime shocked about the bad reviews to be honest ....the dealings I have had with the after sales and customer care as been easy and strait forward and in a timely manor....can't fault them at all

Found this experience with DPD very good....had emails and updates and were on time...also the driver was very plight with a smile to....parcels well packed...can't fault them this time around....I think its hit and miss...like most companies.....royal mail have been a nightmare lately so this was nice to have everything go right for a change.....I ordered about 4pm Friday and 1pm Saturday got my delivery....Happy days

I will never buy LG again as long as I live....so my sons monitor has now gone back for repair for the second time with the same fault....email and text message saying just hand the monitor to the courier do not pack or include stand or leads .. another text saying we are delivering your monitor please have the other ready to exchange...knock knock...picking up monitor..me....are you delivering one to...him ...no just picking up for repair...pulled a box out the back of the van that was for a huge TV that had a couple of bits of screwed up paper in and put my EXPENSIVE monitor in witch fitted like the last buiscuit in a cookie jar and taped it up...then he took a pic of it by my door...I explained again about the message saying about it being exchanged when this was collected and got same answer...ime just picking this up...he left.DPD style rude and abrupt like the bacon sarnies were running out at the cafe..text message 2mins after....WE HAVE DELIVERD YOUR NEW MONITOR and was received by (my name and address) ALONG WITH THE PIC HE TOOK OF THE OUT GOING MONITOR...USLESS....customer care USLESS...don't know whats happening now and have a world of grief speaking to Indian people that do not understand English...these are worst than virgin media customer care....unless they are giving you something free I would avoid....unless you like paying for agro and stress and banging your head against a wall...if so I HIGHLEY RECCOMEND
For lg to use this courier company and the performance of there own customer care is discusting..made me feel like ime hassling them...they should of replaced this monitor not played ping pong with it....NEVER AGAIN....AVOID AVOID AVOID..

Been buying for years normally I go into the shops witch is always enjoyable as the staff in all there branches are plight and very helpful and very knowledgeable when discussing options .also I've started buying online witch is a outstanding setup with everything easy to view and well discribed and checkout is easy with tracking and emails .. really good experience and I highly recommend .the aftercare and customer care is excellent AAAAA+

Don't even deserve a star. 1 number I wanted and you wanted 16 quid to give me a out of date number ..your useing peoples situations
to create a cash cow and you should be ashamed...credits...pfff..why would you not just give people the info for a one off reasonable amount...never again ..feel like I got mugged..change your system...read your reviews....

My postman is ace but my out going parcels in general are a nightmare . Ime now switching to evri as they do get proof of delivery and I haven't lost money any time I've used them...this week alone ..one parcel missing not signed for from 2weeks back ...40 refunded ...another parcel worth 56 not signed for but honest buyer thank God. One parcel with 2 failed attempts at delivery and a special delivery stuck at a hub worth 200 witch seems to have disappeard ...the compensation is very sketchy with them wiggling out of paying for there failure to provide a service GET THE PARCELS SIGHNED LIKE YOU ARE PAID TO DO....ime done with them...no more ...sending through different services now..people send and request proof of delivery for a reason...you are allowing you paying customers to be frauded out of money because your staff think it's not important and haven't the time to sign it or get it signed....USELESS

Bought a cooker and can't fault the service... excellent from start to finish...they even phoned me and activated my 10 years parts and one year labor....kept me in the loop with the delivery...driver was very helpful and the cooker turned up absolutely mint condition....had texts and emails from the get go so there were no slip up on my side ..really pleased and will definitely be getting my fridge freezer off Hotpoint after Xmas ...thankyou all at Hotpoint and injoy your 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁🎁

Adverts errrrrrrrr counted 20 adverts and 10 minutes of viewing the program I was trying to watch ......torture......put me off using the streaming account to be honest.....if you put a skip adverts option you would be so much better ... to much..... absolute nightmare when your trying to watch something

Breath of fresh air.....haven't had to phone once...mine my wife's and sons numbers all switched as promised ....old providers were disconnected as promised and installing the apps on our phones and veiwing our accounts was a breeze....haveing moved from o2 and virgin with Muliple problems and hours and hours on the phone this has been a much needed rest bite.....very pleased...no hassle what so ever not even 1 phone call....well done ID mobile and many thanks
