I have asked 4 times now for a refund…

I have asked 4 times now for a refund and nothing all I got from a reply from someone called Stella most probably not a real person was we have a large number of cases and will get back to you!! Don’t sign up with them and don’t go near this company

I have replied!!!!

My C5 Aircross was due its MOT

My C5 Aircross was due its MOT I booked in my MOT and also booked a loan car due to an appointment, had confirmation that a car was booked did my license verification as per the link only to get to Redditch Citroën to be told by Suzanne that she doesn’t have one for me, I showed her my confirmation text but she didn’t care and didn’t even try to sort one out for me, I left due to my appointment but quickly went back in to see about bringing it back afterwards to find her talking about me to the other young woman in service reception about me and was told that if I didn’t like it I could go to any MOT centre to have it done ! I responded that I have a service plan so why would I do that! I did return later still no apology regarding their mixup with my loan car, I sat and waited for my car to be MOT once it was returned still no apology for their mixup Suzanne was rude and unhelpful if I don’t have to deal with her again it won’t be too soon. I think she needs to go back to training in how to talk to customers in a courteous and respectful manner

If I could give a minus rating I would…

If I could give a minus rating I would we reported a fault with our 7 day old washing machine had an engineer come out to agree that a new one is needed, but you try get a uplift number from them joke it’s been 4 days now and still no response called emailed and just got told that their back office is dealing with it and they have a back log well that’s worrying.DON’T use Hisense rubbish company
