Terrible customer service

After purchasing a dehumidifier, I applied for a rebate of a mere $25. This company continually denied my receipt for being "torn". It had staple marks in it. After driving 15 miles to Lowes to retrieve a duplicate as they requested. they denied it for being UNTIMELY. Customer service sucks, I returned my product and will NEVER purchase again from a rip off company again

Liars

Now, while disputing the fact after ordering on May 11, I still do not have the product, Furniturecart wrote to my credit card company, and I quote "customer played the game of ignoring our attempts to deliver " Why would I order a product then duck delivery? And they are trying to state shipping cost $408 !!! I understand now why people go into company headquarters with bad intentions. If you want to get ripped off and deal with an unscrupulous company, order from these thieves !! Great reply EXCEPT I NEVER RECIEVED A REFUND

Thanks for leaving your feedback regarding this purchase, it is much appreciated. We can confirm you ordered a bar from us on April 12th, 2021 which was shipped it to your home on May 25th, 2021. For over a month the carrier & our customer service team were attempting to reach you by phone and e-mail to schedule a date for delivery. After no success of reaching you we returned the shipment back to our distribution center at the end of June 2021. You received your full refund and were not billed any fees. Rip off company !!

Placed an order on April 12. The shipping company Furniture cart uses somehow lost or misplaced my order. I have constantly emailed furniture cart about a refund. FC continues to say the shipping company is trying to contact me, EVEN after sending FC emails from the shipping company stating they cannot locate my item. Here it is , July 16, and guess what? Furniture cart STILL REFUSES TO ISSUE MY REFUND !! If you want to get ripped off, by all means, order from this company. If you want to be treated fairly, go elsewhere.
