Dreadful company
Dreadful company! We have been totally ripped off! We were completely oversold a package and after just a few weeks of going live we had to stop using it and so much went wrong ! We are a small company and it literally doubled our workload using it !
But they have still charged us the full amount even though they switched off all facilities so nothing can be used, we are still having to pay over £500 per month for a whole year !
It is totally unsuitable for our company and no amount of discussions with them will allow us to switch to another package for the duration of the year!
Dreadful customer service and would NOT recommend this company - no flexibility and definitely not suitable for small companies!

We must respectfully disagree with the suggestion that the system was mis-sold — at no point have any specific inaccuracies been identified in what was presented during your onboarding.
Our team provided full setup, training, and continued support, and all system features remain available to you. We’ve also offered a free on-site consultation to help streamline your processes, which we continue to believe would make a real difference.
Helm is successfully used by thousands of businesses, but it does require certain structured workflows. It appears that some of your current processes differ from those the platform is designed around, which may be contributing to the challenges you’ve faced.
