Mis-sold and now stuck in a 12 month…

Mis-sold and now stuck in a 12 month contract!
Think very carefully before agreeing to a 12 month contract. During the sales call I was assured that Amazon buy shipping worked through their platform. I was even shown a dummy account and shown the procedure I would use to buy said shipping. I went through the long onboarding process to the day I would go live! Then it happened ERROR label format incorrect. I submitted a support ticket on 31st October. The support team blamed Amazon and told me to contact Amazon MYSELF and investigate the issue MYSELF! They washed their hands of me. After 2 months I pushed hard to get it fixed and was told "we have gone above and beyond to fix this issue." I gave up and went to a competitor. The competitor company fixed the issue in 5 minutes. I then emailed despatch cloud on how to fix the issue (for other customers sakes!) and they IGNORED my emails! Support team are awful to deal with and do not want to resolve any of my issues. The support them failed to act on other issues as well. I am now stuck paying £360 a month for a service I am not using.

To clarify, while we do support our customers in using third-party platforms, we’re not able to communicate with those third parties directly on a customer’s behalf. However, we’re always happy to provide the information needed and assist with troubleshooting — including sharing technical guidance or joining a call to help you navigate the issue.

Exceptional service!

Thank you Corey and storefeeder for all your help in streamlining our business operations at The Cards Man. Our business has an unusual setup as all our orders are bespoke, however this was not a problem for Corey who took time to understand our business needs and helped find the best solution for us. We had a couple of teething problems when we went live but Corey quickly sorted these out. Corey spent his entire day when we went live on video call so he was ready to step in if any problems arose. Outstanding service and we will be a SF customer for a long time going foward!

Our site provides access to a free trial plan for premium images that allows you to download free high-res comp images and after you upgrade your plan the images will have their watermark removed. This is a trial plan and comp images are the norm in the stock photography industry for test purposes.

We also provide a free section, https://www.dreamstime.com/free-photos where you can download a certain number of images for free or upgrade for unlimited downloads (over 1 million) at a very low monthly price.
Since our website caters the largest community in the world we simply cannot provide all content for free, because we have to pay the bandwidth costs and, most importantly, the photographers who create and upload the content.

LM15 VFN dangerous driver

LM15 VFN

On 12/1/19 your van driver LM15 VFN failed to stop at a zebra crossing and almost collided with a pedestrian. Not very good for your public relations.

IMPOSSIBLE TO WITHDRAW WINNINGS

Won £3000 on Royal Panda. Almost impossible to withdraw my winnings.
1. Sent passport and proof of address. Not acceptable to RP.
2. Sent selfie with my passport. Not acceptable to RP.
3. Sent a post office certified copy of passport. Not acceptable to RP.
4. Paid a solicitor £150 to notorize my passport with a wax seal. RP still weren't happy and insisted in contacting my solicitor to confirm my identity.
I eventually got my money 3 months after my first withdrawal request. Be very careful depositing money with RP because if you win big expect to jump through hoops to get your money out!

Excellent customer service

We always use transglobalexpress for sending urgent parcels back home to the Philippines. They offer the most competitive prices in the market and all our parcels have arrived quickly and without issue. Any small problems we have encountered the customer service team have been very helpful and quick to respond to our queries. We will continue to use transglobalexpress for the foreseeable future.
