Very positive user experience. I got a fast support when required one. I would have given a 5 star review but I must be honest as I faced issues while trying to utilize this app at first time. An... See more

Started off great with 20GB in Turkey, but when I bought another 20GB it never activated and just showed as “upcoming.” Support was super slow and not helpful, so I had to buy extra WiFi to get by. Only got a proper reply when I mentioned a complaint, and now I’m waiting on a refund. Really disappointing after such a good start.

Great value and fairly easy setup. I've used their esims across Europe with little to no issues. Biggest thing to note is that you need internet at the time of setup, so I would suggest to activate before your airplane departs or make sure you have wifi when you land

When it worked, service was pretty good - I was in India for 2 weeks and there was one afternoon service just stopped working. Otherwise connection was pretty stable, reliable and fast.
Set up was unnecessarily complex. Forcing people through help guides that were not user friendly. Unclear when to start the eSIM. I had to connect to WiFi when I arrived to start it, but I couldn’t because they thought I hadn’t installed it - when I had. No option to bypass this step forcing me to install it when it had already happened.
When adding additional data it was not clear how this would work - if starting the new bundle would stop or replace the old one. The help guide I was sent contradicted what actually happened (it said the new bundle would take precedent, but it did not).
The second bundle disappeared in 30 mins - no idea how this could happen. I had to contact them and they blamed a generic “system issue” - gave me an extra bundle but did not proactively offer to refund the extra bundle I had to purchase as a result of their system issue.

Was travelling to Delhi in India and decided to purchase gomoworld e SIM. Very poor experience, followed all instructions and activated e SIM, but it did not work, I was informed by gomoworld that the e SIM had been activated previously, what a joke, do not use

You failed to indicate that this should be activated before leaving home, I couldn’t connect to WiFi in the airport, not sure why, so I could not commence activation until I checked into my hotel. So I only had access to the service for 1 of the 2 days in London. You mention this in FAQs but not in the guidelines

The data usage information was never updated.
The tutorial are ok, but are annoying if you already know how to set up the eSIM
To activate the eSIM I had to access a
WiFi connection first. Without the WiFi connection I got an error message. This should not be necessary with a limited data plan just for activation.

All in all good solution for international travel for a good data price but since the activation I get an error message from the messages app that it needs to close and can't be opened anymore.
