I used Gomo world in Turkey recently and had issues getting it to work, let me explain. Didn’t realise that you need WiFi to activate it. After Three attempts and payment I eventually got it to work perfectly. Gomo were very sympathetic to my concerns and refunded me for the two subscriptions that didn’t work. Very happy with how they dealt with my experience even though it’s a small amount they were exemplary it their dealings with me. 10/10. I Will always use them when travelling again.
