As esim is used globally, I would strongly advise a 24/7 customer service.
I've bought esim for Panama, Belize & Colombia. All have good connections except for the Belize one which I used only in San Ignacio. I don't whether the problem is the same in other cities. You may want to find out the reason for it.
After my comments, Tom, the Head of Operations immediately responded. He even give me a small data plan as an appreciation.
