Purchased esim croatia

purchased esim croatia and it does not work.
after 6 hrs of waisting my time, want a full refund immediately.
Update: Refund issued. Technical issue not resolved.
Update: Techical issue resolved. Thanks for the service and free new plan. We will get your esim plans in the future.

eSim failling to install - seems to be resolved

In Canada, trying to install eSim for Italy and is failing.

No eSim and is telling me that there is already a non- terminated esim.

Sep 16 Update:
A GoMoWorld Rep had installed a new eSim and plan will start tomorrow in Italy. Hopefully it is working as planned.
Received a small gift, very nice.
