After well over a year of visiting Castledene, with the help of Alyson & James, we've finally secured the house of our dreams! 🙌
We cannot thank them enough for all of their help, knowledge (patience) & understanding!
Everytime we've visited the site, we've always received a warm, inviting welcome!
Every question asked, has been answered quickly & confidentiality, & nothing is ever too much trouble!
We have been so impressed with the service, we've even persuaded my parents to purchase a house on this development too!

We recently visited the Castledene site & were given a fantastic, friendly service from Danni, who was standing in for the usual girl who was on holiday.
She was so friendly & helpful compared to previous visits to the site with another staff member. She gave us options that we were completely unaware we had, and had we been aware, could potentially have already been living on the site by now!
Never mind, despite loosing out on the house we wanted, Danni was determined to find us an option, which she (hopefully) now has!
Considering this is not her usual base, she went above & beyond for us, & for this we are so grateful.
She'd clearly done her homework on the site, as she was extremely knowledgeable, & answered all of our queries confidentiality.
I only wish she was there for a while, as she is so warm, friendly & approachable.
Can't thank her enough! ☺️

Amazing experience from start to finish, the airport experience was the most stress free experience we've ever had, so quick & easy, no fuss.
Then the cabin crew both flights were exceptional.

Absolutely fantastic service! Danielle (Dan) at Gateshead Metro Centre store couldn’t have done anymore for us, we were given a warm welcome to the store when she approached us to introduce herself, but then left to browse. At no point did she give the ‘hard sell’. Extremely knowledgeable, & confident about the products she was selling, which helped us decide on the perfect sofa.
She even went as far as moving pieces of furniture, just to show different styles with our chosen sofa, in order for us to get a feel for how it would look as a complete room. Would definitely recommend! Well Done Danielle 😊
