I have been Gatehub's customer for more than 7 years.
1.They suddenly asked me to do re-verification and created alot of hurdles so that I can't withdraw my crypto.
2. No option to select for UK customers( Countries don't exist in the verification list) and they say you can withdraw but that is misleading you can not.

Terrible support service
Terrible support service. I have written on a number of occasions asking for support as i cant log in to my account but noone bothers to reply so i am stuck locked out. Truly terrible service. Avoid if you can.
Bad experience
I have been using GateHub since 2017 to store $6,000 worth of Bitcoin. Recently, when I tried to withdraw my funds, the app requested personal documents, including sensitive information about me. I no longer trust GateHub with my data, especially considering its current poor rating and bad reputation online, with many users labeling it as fake or a scam. While I urgently need access to my funds, the app won’t allow me to proceed without uploading these documents. This situation is frustrating and deeply concerning.

So what you read here is really intense.
I felt the same way. The scammers simply closed my account or took away my wallet. Just because I wasn't online for a few years.
Now I have to verify myself again because my picture is suddenly blurred. It's a complete scam. Just don't pay in any money because it will be gone or you won't be able to access it.
I'm going to sue them.
Frustrating Experience: Unresponsive Support Desk & Wallet Encryption Issues
I have been facing significant issues with Gatehub recently. The support desk seems to be unreachable, despite submitting multiple tickets.
After logging into my account, I am prompted to re-encrypt my wallets, but I immediately encounter an error (error code: save_master_error). One of the wallets has been successfully transferred to another Gatehub account using a workaround, but I have not been able to do the same with the other wallet.
It is extremely frustrating that the support team has been so difficult to contact. I would appreciate an explanation as to why the service desk is suddenly so unresponsive.
Up until now, I have always had a positive experience with Gatehub, and I’ve never encountered any issues before. However, this current situation has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly, as I’ve always enjoyed using Gatehub when things were working well.
Would not recommend based on this experience.

never changed my password but showed up as wrong. needed to reset and generate new recovery key. after that again password is not working and new recovery key is not either. have both recovery keys, saved in a way that no way there is a mistake in them, but obviously something was done to my account that I cant access it since 2020. a complete scam. do not use this company!

I’ve been a GateHub user for a while now, but my recent experience has been beyond frustrating. I’m locked out of my account, and despite trying every possible method to resolve the issue—password reset, recovery key, support tickets—I’ve received ZERO meaningful help.
GateHub’s customer service is practically non-existent. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but all I get is either no response or vague, unhelpful replies. I’ve tried reaching out through email and even social media, but nothing. I’m starting to lose confidence in GateHub’s ability to handle basic account recovery issues, let alone my funds.

This website is a massive scam. I can no longer access my account due to a technical issue, and despite sending numerous emails, they simply ignore all communication. I’ve lost thousands of euros as a result.
Be cautious! If possible, we should explore legal action against this company to hold them accountable and seek justice.

On December 5th I’ve attempted to send…
On December 5th I’ve attempted to send BTC from my Gatehub wallet onto my Coinbase wallet.
I’ve first performed a ‘test drive’ and sent 0.006 btc which was cleared and received within minutes.
Then I’ve sent the rest, 0.51 BTC worth over $50,000, and until this date it hasn’t been received.
I’ve opened three claims, and despite Gatehub warranting in an automatic email a response within 24hours, all three claims were ignored for about a week now.
My account is legit, verified, and I would gladly pass any required KYC process but I’m simply being ignored and my money is held who knows where.
This company seems to be a huge scam.
I’m astonished by the amount of negative reviews and how the UK allows such a bad business to operate. I have contacted the UK financial consumer complaint as well as the fraud action department and filed complaints with both.
I also reached out to an attorney office in the uk who successfully won a lawsuit against Gatehub and intend to pursue this by all means. I, myself a us citizen who’s been practicing civil law for years, and I am rest assured that Gatehub possess a tremendous exposure for a fraud class action law suit.
I advise others to follow suit and not give up.
It’s a hassle and can be costly but we as a community must act against those who portray this entire industry with bad light and those players who act in bad faith defrauding their customers.
They block you from moving funds into or out of your account.
I have been on Gatehub for about 8 years but not very active. I signed up when there was no KYC and then it came later and I was verified. Recently they said they needed to verify again and disabled my ability to add or remove funds from my account until I did. I went through their very onerous verification process and 3 weeks later they still haven't restored my account and they stopped responding to messages. As many others are reporting similar experiences and it doesn't make sense for a normal business to mistreat customers so badly, I suspect they are engaged in some kind of fraud.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Automated emails reply saying you will be contacted in 24 hours and no one contacts you. Made 3 different requests to resolve an authentication issue and can’t access my account. Frustrating.
