I made an ETH transaction from my Gatehab account. Unfortunately, the money did not reach the target account. I have not received any response to 2 support tickets, even after 5 days. I did not get any response to direct email contact. I think the only option left for me is to take legal action.

First they keep winingabout security issues, but they don't let you change your personal data yourself. Then they scare you by telling to close your account but they don't respind to any email anymore. Ridiculous company. Don't go there!!!

I wanted to transfer my funds to my bank account, then I have found out that you need to pass a verification process which will involve ridiculous requirements by them to upload tons of un-necessary documents including an assay you have to compose to describe why you transferred your currency to their wallet. when you upload the documents, they will send you a notification few days later saying they are still waiting for the documents. They will keep on stalling, wishing you will give up and leave your funds in their wallet. Run from them like you run from fire!!!
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service! I switched to a new phone and lost my 2fa authentication. I have already sent a couple of emails but no response at all. The automated email says an agent will get back to me in 24 hours, well they don't... and that's when your stock has gone up 400% in value. I just can't access the account and do anything about it, it's ridiculous!

password issues
I change my password 02/02/2024 now months after they are telling me my login is incorrect . I have change my password several times and never had and issue. I always write my password down before I finalize to makesure it's correct. they told me use the recovery key I used it and it's say wrong recovery key.Companies shold be made to have more than one access way for customers to recovery their accounts before that company can do business. without customers you have no business stop screwing your customers over and giving them the run around. they have my correct phone number all they have to do is provide a verification code like other companies and make life easier for everyone.

For some unknown reason, which has yet to be explained, my account has been blocked. As a result, I was instructed to create a new account, with the assurance that my funds would be transferred there. However, almost a month has passed, and my original account remains blocked, while the new account is still pending verification.
Throughout this period, I have opened and closed multiple tickets in an attempt to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, nothing has been resolved so far. The situation has become increasingly complicated, and I am still waiting for a solution.

Useless for UK customers
Had an account from 7 or 8 years ago, used it occasionally, but had no idea it couldn't be used for UK customers, had received no info about this. Anyway, would allow me to withdraw most of funds (some seemed trapped for some reason), which was OK, but now completely useless as no service for UK. Account now closed!

Exceptional customer support! I recently rediscovered an old wallet from 2016 that I’d forgotten about. When I logged in again in 2024, the account had issues, but the support team was incredibly helpful. They guided me through each step to restore my wallet, including recovering my old balance. Their response was fast, professional, and made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend!
Useless for me UK
I hold xrp in an xrp ledger. I have a euro account dapp in that ledger. I can't use Gatehub in the uk. I can only link gatehub to my euro account in the ledger. I look forward to revisiting this review once the issues with the uk regulator is fixed. I mean, a UK based company, striving for growth in future currency/tech, and it's unusable for me and many other uk crypto traders. Looks lazy, fellas. Just how it looks. Is there a roadmap to regulatory compliance?
Unable to withdraw, do not use!
I'm unable to withdraw merely a few hundred $ that I hold in my wallet. When I deposited the XRP in 2018 there was no KYC or questions asked. But now that I want to consolidate it to another wallet they have heightened KYC to a point that it's impossible to find the original transaction/details for me to withdraw the amount held in this wallet. Would not recommend anyone to use this wallet.

IMO they gone rogue! I wanted to payout few euro and after 2 weeks I still don't have My money. Not in my bank account and not in gatehub account. I feel robed!
I have reach out to support AGAIN (ticket number 586961) no luck! Same LAME answer! Still no Money!
Update: After 3 weeks (happy Me) I got My Money! 1star UP + title change!
But praise be to those who have so much patience to wait for the money to be paid out without nerves and emotions.
