I have a verified account since July 2023 -I did few operation but in the recent month I moved more than 7000 XRP from my ledger account, On feb 7 I wanted to resend the XRP back to the ledger but discover my account need attention.
I follow the instructions i post all my ID docs and i completed the verification process.Back than my account is still 'PENDING" and no one reply to my several messages and mails to the support center.
I finally ask my lawer to prepare a legal notice I sent yesterday.
In 6 days,without any notice,I will proceed legally to protect my assets and customer rights

XRP were transferred. Receive response from support after one month. XRP were not transferred via gatehub, no login. Keys are only kept in paper form from my side. Gatehub is not secure and does not support its customers in any form.
Cant get XPR out of my account! No reply from support!
I have ripples on this account, but I can't transfer the ripples out anymore. I get a screen saying:
"Verification Pending
Your identity is being verified.
You will receive an email when your identity is verified."
Its been over a week now and the support is now answering me.
Customer service takes forever
I am able to log in to my account, but am having problems with 2FA. Possibly due to setup on old phone. Emailed support 2/2/25 and received reference number 615187. Received an email the next day asking for more info which i replied to. Have not heard anything back. Emailed for status 2/5 and have yet to hear back. Can't say I have much confidence in gatehub reading the other reviews of customers having these same problems. Customer service is horribly slow.

Appalling Customer Service – Avoid!
Absolutely terrible experience. I have been a customer since 2017, and after being asked to re-do my ID verification, I found that the UK is no longer listed on the list of countries. As a result, I cannot complete the verification, and my funds are withheld through no fault of my own.
I raised a support ticket (#609960) on 15 January 2025—three weeks ago—and have received no response. I even sent a chaser on 31 January, but still, nothing. What kind of company ignores its customers, especially when they’re holding onto their money?
If you ever need support, don’t expect any help from them. Completely unacceptable and disgraceful service. Avoid at all costs!
Customer service is painfully slow
On attempting to log into my account on a new machine, I was informed that it would send a message to my Hotmail account so that I could verify myself. That's fine in principal, I'm happy for the extra level of security. However, the email didn't arrive. I tried a few times and at the time the GateHub system was down and I was getting worried. I raised a request for them to help rectify the problem. No answer. I tried several times to get in touch, no answer. Then about 1 month later they got in touch with me and rectified the issue. So my less that perfect rating is to do with their response time and lack of communication while I was waiting. It was a worrying time.

Identity Verfication / Reset Verification
I am customer since 2014! After trading on Thursday 23rd January, I wanted to send Euro to my account. Then I was requested to re-verify my identity! I did. Everything went well. But since then I have nothing heard.
I don´t know if it failed, is still in progress or completed. I have access to my account, can trade but not sent any payment! There are 6000€.
If I try to verify again, I get following answer: Verification Failed
Sumsub verification already in progress/completed. Contact support to reset verification

I have logged into my account to send some Xrp to another wallet which I done without any issues last month to be met with a re-verify message but there’s no option for United Kingdom/ Britain/ England under the country when filling out the details on the first step. I have tried contacting customer service and not had any response and reading people are experiencing the same issues. I just want access to my XRP.

I have had an account since 2017 storing xrp and from time to time send / receive xrp but haven’t done for a few years , I am based in the UK.
Last week I logged into my account very smoothly, tried to send some xrp to another wallet , when I clicked on “send payment” it asked me to verify my account, it took me to the “applicant data” section where you fill your personal details which I done , at the bottom of the page under the address section there is a drop down for “country” which is essential to fill out to get to the next section , there is no United Kingdom/ Great Britain or England option so I can’t get passed this section to verify my account so I am completely stuck & can’t transfer any of my xrp. Basically all my savings for the past 8 years , I am screwed !
On the gatehub site on the T&Cs section it states Withdrawals are still available in the UK ?
I have contacted the support team numerous times with no help given.
I don’t know what to do & will be seeking legal routes.
