Emphasis made on transaction's history…

Emphasis made on transaction's history by slangate.com was enormous as we embarked on the journey together leading to recovery of my money without having to leave my home.We simply communiicated via emails and phone calls, but i visited their website often.downloading your transactions can be very useful when trying to recover blocked or stolen funds....cheers

Terrible customer service, mediocre website

I am fed up with this brokerage company. It is so hard to find any reliable help info on their website. Their trading options are limited, not giving any details about the delta, gamma etc (the Greeks in options). Their customer service is terrible. They don't have knowledgable people on the phone. You ask them a question about your account and options and they put you on hold to check with the back office, then they came back as a message relayer. If you ask a follow up question, they again have to put you on hold and check with back office. Today I was on hold for almost half and hour and then the call got hung up automatically. I am so done with them. I am moving my account somewhere else.

You can't withdraw money easily. No ways to complaint

I have to download and email a form to make a wire withdrawal. Filling this form is a great hardship as you must follow their format of data entry. After a several calls made I figure out what is their format finally. What a joke is Firstrade Securities to make withdrawal difficult like this!

This company does not pay out very well!

I have had my money invested in this company for over one year now and my account grew to $65,000. But when it was time to take it out I had to pay a lot of fines, a lot of fees, transfer cost. And it looks like they was going to pay me. but then my money got lost. I really don't trust them anymore and we'll advise anyone new who's going to invest into this company to be very careful as you may lose your money, like I did..

Good app, poor customer service

The app is good for customers outside the US, albeit a little buggy still. Customer Service response is quick but just redirect you to their knowledgebase and are poor otherwise. It's a cheap platform for a reason

Good luck getting your money back if…

Good luck getting your money back if their app bank connection fails, twice I've tried to scan and send their paperwork to get my money back, both times I have missing info. I'm over it!!! Why is it so easy on every other trading app to get your money and they can't figure it out????
