I purchased $5,000 of SOL and it has not been transferred to my wallet. After waiting 4 hours, the customer service responded by saying buy again and the previous pending amount will be returned!!!? Noting the email that was provided on the site to solve the related problems. It is not a scam, please be careful. He says that he has other work that he provides the service to, but unfortunately he did not solve the problem

I spoke to customer service based on what you said, but unfortunately the problem has not been resolved yet. It has been three days and I am still waiting. The sad thing is that they say I have other clients to serve!!!? Serve to pay and suspend the amount again!!? Why is the problem not resolved!!!?
