Nice looking plant, delivered well packaged and fast.

Very happy with my first experience of buying from Emerald Plants.. the Knipholia was quite tricky to source but Emerald sent a very healthy, large specimen. Looking forward to seeing it flower.

I’m stunningly impressed.

I bought 4 plants online yesterday, 15 September. My first order with them. I knew nothing about Emerald, just what I’d read on their website.

I decided to try Emerald as another supplier I’d placed an order with had left me waiting 6 weeks for my order, no communication at all, and when I chased for the 3rd time they still couldn’t tell me when they’d deliver.

Emerald plants stated they were in stock and delivery would be 2-3 days. Their website is literally uptodate live by the minute. As soon as I purchased my plants the number of plants in stock had dropped by the corresponding number.

This morning I received an email telling me my plants are arriving today. I live on the east of the UK, halfway up the country. By lunch time the plants had arrived, beautifully packaged and large specimens too.

Am absolutely thrilled!

Will certainly use Emerald plants again.

Moral to my experience: Keep your customers happy, do what you say you’re going to do, and do it when you say you’ll do it and if you outdo yourself, all the better.

A good sized plant that had been difficult to source, and in excellent condition, so very happy with the company. As other reviewers have remarked, I too received a ‘free’ plant, which may or may not grow in my conditions. It’s a nice idea, but I would probably prefer lower packing charges for single purchases and no free plant. However, I would definitely order from this company again.

Ordered 3 euphorbia and they arrived quickly. They are lovely plants, very healthy and were well packed and still moist.

Really pleased with the quality, healthy, well-packed plants that arrived in great condition. A nice touch was a free gift included in the box, though it wasn’t mentioned in the packing slip so I did wonder at first if it was meant to be there!

The only slight challenge was that the freebie turned out to be a 5m hardy climber, which is a challenge to find an home for!, but appreciated all the same.

One thing to note: I didn’t receive a dispatch notice, which would’ve been useful for tracking. Also, the flat delivery fee is quite high if you’re just ordering one plant. It’s good value if you’re buying several, but might put me off placing smaller orders in future, which is a shame as the plants themselves were excellent.

Overall, a really good experience with great plants, just a couple of tweaks to the service would make it perfect.

Communication was excellent, the magnolia was well packaged and sent with another small shrub as a gift, arrived very quickly and have ordered another, I was that pleased, thank you.

Plants were well packaged, & very healthy. Fast delivery & the plants I received from you last year for mother's day are lovey & full of blooms!

My order for two Euphorbia Wulfenii plants arrived SO quickly.
Both are really superb large specimens which were packaged with great care and arrived in absolutely pristine condition.
The little Hebe ‘extra’ which accompanied the Euphorbia plants was a lovely, unexpected, kind gesture.
I won’t hesitate for a moment to buy from you in future.
