Amazing

I sent a Prada and Dior bag to be restored. The results are fabulous! My Prada bag was in a terrible state, I’m ashamed to say, but Clare had performed a miracle! My Dior bag also looks like new. Wonderful communication throughout and all questions answered promptly and clearly. Highly recommend Clare and her company I truly didn’t think I would be out using my bag proudly the day after it arrived back. Thank you Clare

Excellent plants every time I have ordered many plants and goods…

I have ordered many plants and goods and besides one or two deliveries over the years they have all arrived in excellent condition. I think this is due to the superb packaging. The odd item damaged or incorrect has been replaced quickly and I have always found it easy to contact customer services and found them very helpful. Hopefully it stays that way.

NO STARS IS WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE! ! …

II have been waiting for a refund from this company since December 2022 it’s now the end of March2023!. When they do respond, which isn’t always, they claim there is a backlog! Probably true going by the reviews. Absolutely awful, and this is tantamount to stealing as they have received the returned item back in December. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM.

Perfect problem free delivery

Ordered large electrical appliance and checked it would be delivered by John Lewis themselves as had bad experiences with direct from manufacturer.
Perfect delivery, excellent communication knowledgeable, helpful and polite delivery team. I would recommend avoiding direct from manufacturer, in my experience it can be a very poor service

Be very careful

Terrible returns policy. Item bought 29th November for Christmas and their Christmas returns only started from 1st December but this wasn’t clear when I bought the item. Therefore if the item wasn’t right then I could not return it. Be very careful when purchasing

No delivery no attempt to rectify

I was expecting a delivery of my Christmas turkey from Kelly bronze today. It needed to arrive today as we have to have our Christmas dinner tomorrow. It has not arrived. After attempting to contact FedEx I was cut off. Trying again I was waiting over 30 minutes to be told we can’t help you today and cut off again. There is no way of speaking to anyone at FedEx as the chat line was shut too. Even though I was trying during open hours. We would happily have collected it from the depot if they would have only spoken to us.
This is a disgrace and I now have to get up at 6 in the morning to try to get a turkey as I have no idea when the one I’ve paid a small fortune for will arrive. I contacted Kelly bronze, who responded pretty quickly and they couldn’t get an answer either. On tracking FedEx claim they had an incomplete address, even though I’ve never had a mistake made by Kelly bronze before. Even if there was an issue no one contacted Kelly bronze to get the details they needed in time to get it to us. As it’s food you’d think they could make more effort.
I write this out of frustration and the systems they have in place but knowing companies keep using them even though their star rating is so low,

Unfortunately I have not received my goods ordered 21st may and although customers services were prompt replying and helpful they still not have arrived. It’s difficult to give a higher review if you do not receive your order! I hope contacting customer services again will yield a positive result, but we will see.

Very poor flowers and customer service

I have ordered several bouquets from this company. Unfortunately and infuriatingly the last two have been a disaster.
One order was delivered 3 times as each time the flowers were of poor quality. Not only that but the recipient, who had not wanted to let me know, had no response to email or phone calls. It took a bad review on Twitter to get a response, even though this still resulted in poor flowers. I was never informed by the company they had had an issue. I emailed them in regard to the order and have received no response.
I’ve now been informed that a bouquet I had ordered for someone’s birthday tomorrow cannot be delivered. This has left me with no means of making other arrangements. It is apparently due to poor blooms! I cannot believe they do not have flowers, even if they are of a higher value than I ordered, that they could have used to fulfill the delivery.
I don’t know why the service has deteriorated so much, but it most certainly has. I note someone writing excellent customer service. Certainly not what I have found.

I have been a loyal customer

I have been a loyal customer, spending hundreds of pounds each year for several years.
I have not had to complain before but I am shocked by the poor customer service I have received with my last order.
I placed it on 16/8 with next day delivery. The item did not arrive and when I checked the tracking info it had been damaged in transit. Since then I have sent numerous emails, as you can’t phone and talk to anyone. I have had standard replies with no information except that they are investigating and will be in touch when they’ve completed their investigations.
This is totally irrelevant to me. I placed and paid for the order in good faith that they would supply the products (over£100 worth). The damage has nothing to do with me and Is between them and Hermes. I have never had this sort of response from a reputable large company before. It’s as if they don’t believe me even though I’ve been a regular customer for years whose never complained, even when there have been some small issues.
No one is giving me a satisfactory response just ticking the box that they have received my email. They write query complete each time! No it isn’t . It is not acceptable to take a customers money and not supply the products when an issue is nothing to do with them!
This order should have been resent out to me and they can carry on their investigation if they wish to. After several years of being a loyal customer I will no longer order from this company. Reading other reviews this is not an uncommon occurrence and takes weeks if not months for them to sort things out!!
BE WARNED all of you who give 5* reviews, when it goes wrong they are not a company who care for their customers. I will continue to email daily and as a company director myself have found the addresses and emails of company directors so will probably start writing to them, I’m sure they will be happy with that! I’m sure they don’t want their email clogged up with complaints but if they cannot resolve this issue promptly that’s what will happen.
LF customer services don’t bother leaving some facile response to this review, sort out the problem,now.

Arrived damaged, again!I have now had three orders arrive with…

I have now had three orders arrive with the plants in pieces. I had an initial couple of orders that were in reasonable condition but these are useless. I’ve waited patiently for the plants and as I can’t venture out was delighted to be able to order.
Will not be ordering from them again, far too inadequate packaging for the harsh handling the couriers have given them
