I have been a loyal customer
I have been a loyal customer, spending hundreds of pounds each year for several years.
I have not had to complain before but I am shocked by the poor customer service I have received with my last order.
I placed it on 16/8 with next day delivery. The item did not arrive and when I checked the tracking info it had been damaged in transit. Since then I have sent numerous emails, as you can’t phone and talk to anyone. I have had standard replies with no information except that they are investigating and will be in touch when they’ve completed their investigations.
This is totally irrelevant to me. I placed and paid for the order in good faith that they would supply the products (over£100 worth). The damage has nothing to do with me and Is between them and Hermes. I have never had this sort of response from a reputable large company before. It’s as if they don’t believe me even though I’ve been a regular customer for years whose never complained, even when there have been some small issues.
No one is giving me a satisfactory response just ticking the box that they have received my email. They write query complete each time! No it isn’t . It is not acceptable to take a customers money and not supply the products when an issue is nothing to do with them!
This order should have been resent out to me and they can carry on their investigation if they wish to. After several years of being a loyal customer I will no longer order from this company. Reading other reviews this is not an uncommon occurrence and takes weeks if not months for them to sort things out!!
BE WARNED all of you who give 5* reviews, when it goes wrong they are not a company who care for their customers. I will continue to email daily and as a company director myself have found the addresses and emails of company directors so will probably start writing to them, I’m sure they will be happy with that! I’m sure they don’t want their email clogged up with complaints but if they cannot resolve this issue promptly that’s what will happen.
LF customer services don’t bother leaving some facile response to this review, sort out the problem,now.
