Stunningly Impressed

I’m stunningly impressed.

I bought 4 plants online yesterday, 15 September. My first order with them. I knew nothing about Emerald, just what I’d read on their website.

I decided to try Emerald as another supplier I’d placed an order with had left me waiting 6 weeks for my order, no communication at all, and when I chased for the 3rd time they still couldn’t tell me when they’d deliver.

Emerald plants stated they were in stock and delivery would be 2-3 days. Their website is literally uptodate live by the minute. As soon as I purchased my plants the number of plants in stock had dropped by the corresponding number.

This morning I received an email telling me my plants are arriving today. I live on the east of the UK, halfway up the country. By lunch time the plants had arrived, beautifully packaged and large specimens too.

Am absolutely thrilled!

Will certainly use Emerald plants again.

Moral to my experience: Keep your customers happy, do what you say you’re going to do, and do it when you say you’ll do it and if you outdo yourself, all the better.

Would give them no stars if I could.

Would give them no stars if I could.

Rang company as they advertised they were local. Took ages for them to answer the phone - we are talking 10minutes it so, but the boiler had tripped the RCD and we couldn’t reset it. On top of that husband had just come out of hospital and now sting in a house with no heat or hot water and it is down to single digits inside.

They promised to be with us within 30-90mins after I explained the husbands predicament.

10 minutes later my phone rings twice and the caller hangs up- doesn’t leave a message and no identifier as to who was calling just that they were in Southend in sea.... local? Not when I’m in the Home Counties!!

2 hours after they should have arrived I call to see where are they. The very rude girl on the phone said they tried to call me - really? Was that them (see above!!).

She then tells me they are very busy and could I rearrange to the next day...I said no and explained why. I told her what had happened and she kept asking me if I needed a gas engineer an electrician or a plumber. I told her I needed someone to fix and make the gas boiler work - so she was very rude and aggressive and told me I needed to tell her what person I wanted out - gas engineer, plumber or electrician... we had an exchange, ending in me telling her I do not know what is wrong with the boiler which is why I called you as you apparently know how to fix them - for the record whenever I have had to deal with a gas boiler installation the person doing it us gas registered and qualified to do the plumbing and the electrics- she kept asking me which type of tradesperson I want cause the gas engineer can’t do plumbing or electrics etc etc -

I told her to cancel the job, reimburse any money taken from my credit card as they can’t carry out the service they were contracted to do, I will contact someone else. Which I did.

Why say you can be there within the next 30 to 90 minutes and then ring 10 minutes after they have accepted the contract to say they can’t do the job ?

The other company turned up within 30 minutes diagnosed the problem and got it working

Excellent- fault with boiler

Excellent- fault with boiler, Kept tripping but after several hours would allow you to restart. Then after about 6 hours running would trip again. Engineer found an almost imperceptible leak from diverter valve - parts ordered and booked in to replace. Couldn’t have been better

Will I get my tickets?

Bought and paid for tickets to Gregory Porter Concert on April 19, 2018 at Royal Albert Hall in London in September 2017.

Have chased 3 times for tickets as they are due to arrive between 7-10 days before according to their customer service response to me last October 2017.

Have logged 2 queries, one 5 days ago - #20958 and one 24hrs ago #31361

Received their automated response saying ‘My request (31441) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. Please expect a response within 24-30 hours.

STILL NO RESPONSE AND NO TICKETS

Now Ticket selection can see the logged emails numbers to their support/customer services dept so don’t need to respond with the next standard response so they can look into it.

perhaps they might like to deliver my tickets to me immediately because after reading all the reviews I am pre-empting non-delivery and I will have no problem in taking this to the authorities for criminal investigation.

Saving grace paid by credit card and am protected and they will have the credit card company after them as well....

Better still, and much easier option , would like Ticket Selection to prove me wrong, deliver my tickets to me and once I have them and have been to the concert I will write, an absolutely and much needed from what I can see, glowing review of them.

Ticket Selection, deliver my tickets, the ball is in your court.
TICKET SELECTION IIT IS 7 HOURS SINCE YOU WROTE THAT CS WOULD CONTACT ME.

THEY HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME OR ANSWERED THE 3 OPEN TICKETS I HAVE LOGGED.

I AM GUESSING YOU ARE NOT SENDING ME THE TICKETS AND HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY - BECAUSE IF YOU INTENDED TO SEND ME THE TICKETS THEN I WOULD HAVE THEM BY NOW.
