Unbelievable how many info you receive once you made a reservation. But non or what ever with a button for route description. So many locations. But no direct button do you know where to drive too!

Booking process and arrival easy, issues when leaving
Booking process was easy with good directions for the parking area. It was very full so we were concerned if there was a space, we found one eventually.
Ticket received when entering said 'Booking with reservation' however we had issues at the barrier when leaving and had to get assistance.

The booking was easy but the scanner…
The booking was easy but the scanner did not recognise the targa of the car. I had printed out the reminder but the QR code was not recognised. At wjich point we had to take a ticket because the 'tempo scaduto' notice came up.
At the exit we had to talk to the operator because the ticket was charging us extra money .
The opetator answered very quickly and let us out which was good.

Paperless Parking A B C are Easy!
Parking in the lots A B C is very convenient and I highly suggest to use the paperless option. The camera will read your driver license both in and out. Done. That Easy.
I used a discounted offer and I hope to find another one in the future.
The long term with the Shuttle is not bad but arriving at night is way better with the parking in the terminal.
