Horrible.

Please don’t take this company. they are thieves. Marco kept the bag that my son forgot with his comforter and his toys. he is 4 years old. it’s horrible to do that!

We have used ParkinGo Malpensa several times, and find them very reliable. Leaving and picking up the car is easy and fast, and so is also the transportation to and from the airport. The possibility of getting the car back clean and neat is a good offer. Nice staff and good service.

The parking Rules are - number of people exceeding 4 person states 10 euro per person. At the parking the rule changes to 10 euro additional to the driver.is 10 euro.

Parking value is only the money, otherwise parking in the airport is always better. So you're looking for a lowest price. If your price increased 20-30% when you are in a rush it is cheating. The others clearly stated for +10 euro and were cheaper at the end. Please consider.

We booked a car and informed them about our flightdetails. When the flight was delayed with half an hour we had Tobias 30 euros extra!!! What a crooks.

In English below. Non vi fidate delle recensioni positive perché probabilmente sono fasulle o inserite dalla stessa compagnia. All'andata bene, rientro da incubo. Clienti abbandonati a se stessi a litigare tra loro all'arrivo di una qualsiasi navetta, anche perché arrivano a prelevarti navette di operatori sconosciuti. Se chiami ParkinGo ti attaccano il telefono o non rispondono. I bagagli hanno sballottato per tutto il tragitto perché l'operatore non si è minimamente preoccupato di assicurarli a dovere e quando gliel'ho fatto notare ha risposto che non è sua responsabilità farlo. Attenzione che se vi perdete il cartaceo non vi restituiscono le chiavi dell'auto. Ripresa la macchina c'erano 5 km in più rispetto all'andata e hanno giocato con il navigatore di bordo cambiando tutte le impostazioni. Giudicate voi se vale la pena usufruire di questo "servizio". Don't trust the positive reviews because they're probably fake or posted by the company itself. The outbound journey was fine, but the return journey was a nightmare. Customers were left to their own devices, arguing with each other whenever a shuttle arrived, especially since unknown operators would pick them up. If you call ParkinGo, they hang up on you or don't answer. Our bags bounced around the entire trip because the operator didn't bother to secure them properly, and when I pointed this out, he said it wasn't his responsibility. Be careful, if you lose the paper ticket, they won't give you your car keys back. When we got back, we were 5 km further along than on the outbound journey, and they messed with the onboard navigation system, changing all the settings. You be the judge of whether this "service" is worth it.

very bad service dont care about the customers and make problem from nothing

We had rent a Fiat X in Bergamo Italië. Watch out een you bring back the car! They will try to let you Pay for damage (little spots) that was there already before we pickee up the car. That way they Will try that you have to Pay. But it was allready on the car. We did not sign for this so they took it from our dippossid. The advertice with low prices but at the end they let you Pay extra. Be Shure you make photos of the whole car before you take of.

What a scam company!
They have charged us money because they say it wasn’t vacuumed
A car that we had to have filled up with ad blue because they didn’t service it
Who has ever needed to have a car cleaned and vacuumed before you send it back
And because we already had our own gap insurance low and behold we had to pay

Very positive, neat airport and quick connections

Veloci, efficienti e gentili.

I'm giving it 4 stars because the road leading up to the airport, the last 200 meters, is very bad. They should fix it, as there are many, and quite large, potholes.
The service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly and efficient.
We barely waited at the airport; they arrived promptly and on time.
As for the price, it's one of the best parking options.
We recommend this company!

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Das Personal war freundlich und die Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos finde ich zeitgemäss und praktisch. Absolut empfehlenswert! Es war das erste Mal, dass ich dort war und sicher nicht das letzte Mal.

It all worked out wonderfully. The staff was friendly and the charging option for electric cars I think is contemporary and practical. Absolutely recommended! It was the first time I was there and certainly not the last time.
