Andy and Lewis did a great job installing windows and doors in my property over three days. Their cheerful and helpful personalities made me feel confident in their workmanship. Furthermore, they left the house clean and safe each day. Thanks guys. Lorna

Raymond gave a good start by giving an excellent briefing on the goods and services offered. I checked on other companies prices and then gave the job to DX Home. Poor timing on Day One as my time slot, 8 to 10am, was not met and no home call, and I had to chase up the office. Got a reason but fitter only turned up at 11.30am, although they did do a good job on first two windows.
Day Two 9.50am arrival, this timing of arrivals is the main gripe, as they did get on with the fittings. Day Three finished last window by noon. Not a great job of tiding round outside of house and both downstairs window stiles are filthy, no sign of a clean up. Marks off for timing but windows and price were excellent.

The guys that fitted the windows were great, they arrived in the morning, went non stop until they were done.
Luke & Brad ensured I was happy with each window and the door, Andy & Lewis smashed out an all day job of getting a velux fitted. They were clean throughout, removed all the old stuff and they all cleaned behind them.

The fitting team were great very helpful cleaned up tidyed up as if the had nt been. All the staff at DX home improvements from start to finish were brilliant.

Good job, speedily done. Guys were unobtrusive and clearly explained everything.

From the first appointment with Darcey to the finished window installation everything went smoothly. Darcey was able to give me a good price for the three windows I needed replaced and showed me a sample of the windows to be fitted.
From then on the office staff kept me informed of when the job would be done and managed to fit me in to their schedule very quickly.
The installation team were very professional and tidy.
I am very pleased with my new windows and would highly recommend DX home improvements.

I had a large number of windows installed and fitted by Brad and Luke. They were absolutely first class and i couldn't fault them in any way.

Just bought my house. From the off told Gary the salesman don’t want a pitch just straight to the point. He knew where I was coming from and made it easier to make the deal. From his visit to getting it 5 windows and doors fitted was les than a month.
The fitter Jim and Rhys great friendly and funny guys. Nothing was a hassle and made the transition smooth and easy. Went through everything and the walk around afterwords to make sure I was happy or anything else they could do.
Absolutely flawless service
With the professionalism of the service and craftsmanship I have already booked again for a new bathroom price within the week.

Highly recommend and in my opinion cheaper than a few quotes I had

Just had 6 windows and front door fitted by Andy and Lewis excellent workmanship by both. Friendly worked hard for 2 days. Lewis even hoovered no mess left. Brilliant quality of windows and door. Great salesman Gary Higgins very informative. Highly recommend DX for windows and doors. Excellent service and professional in all departments. Well done to this company. Top guys Andy and Lewis.

DX Home Improvements has installed 3 new windows in my flat.
From the very first sales visit by Raymond (great job! All details about the product and help with financing application), then Richard who performed very detailed measurements and made sure everything will be perfect (it is indeed). Final visit by Harvey and Kenzie, the installation day, no mess no issues, perfectly fitted, new shiny windows. I was not stressed at all as Debbie (a customer service angel) was letting me know about every single step ahead. I was fully informed about everything and all my question were answered clearly (10⭐️ for Debbie)
Finally the star of the show the windows: fantastic product, soundproof, coldproof, windproof (this is important as the wind from the sea can be nasty). Seems that this glass is not attracting much dirt as well, still crystal clear since installation.
Thank you DX Home Improvements for a real Improvement and increased quality of living.

Jim & Liam been here for the last 2 days taking out the old windows & installing 10 new windows. These guys were a pleasure to have here, arrived on time, worked all day until late to get the job finished, & when they left the place was spotless, both inside & out!!!!! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!!! ☺️☺️

Had 8 windows and 2 doors fitted and couldn’t be happier with the service. The fitters were really friendly yet professional, worked efficiently, and did a fantastic job. Everything was finished to a high standard and they made sure to clean up thoroughly afterwards. Highly recommend!

My experience with DX was nothing but positive. I had them replace my front door. Communication was excellent. The job itself - quick and clean. Would recommend.
