Unfortunately, the bike's motor broke after a year. At the same time, I was very impressed with Duotts's professionalism. I didn't have much hope of finding a solution to my problem. I wrote to customer service, and within a few hours, I received a reply, starting a daily dialogue. After the requested checks, the operator (Molly) told me they would send me a new motor. She even explained that there would be a slight delay due to the seven-day national holiday. I received the new motor within 15 days!
I am extremely satisfied with both the replacement and the constant assistance I received.
I found them to be very professional and reliable.

Excellent bike for the price, fast delivery, great customer service, granted the bike doesn't have hydraulic brakes but really thats such a silly thing to expect for the price. I have an E26 still under warranty, 720 km on it, and for about ten days I haven't been able to use it because the battery won't charge. I don't know if the problem is the battery itself or the charger. I only know that customer service responded unprofessionally, asking me to take a video and then take the transformer to a professional to have its voltage tested. I find this situation ridiculous. Not being able to use a bike still under warranty and having to fix the problem myself, at my own expense. Everyone was thorough and helpful until they were supposed to sell it, but now they've only gotten a few vague, inconclusive responses.
