Duotts C29 bike purchase and experience

I bought a Duotts C29 electric bike last month and delivery was very quick - within a few days. The bike is absolutely superb for the price and a joy to ride. The components appear to be very good quality too, apart from the mudguards which are very flimsy, but that is a very small fault.

Duotts' customer service is second to none and after contacting them a couple of time with questions and with an issue I had with the seat post screw being too tight and also with fitting the hydraulic brakes, they responded very promptly and they also refunded me £21,.00 towards the costs I incurred in taking the bike to a bike shop to have the work done. What amazing customer service!

My experience with Duotts has given me confidence and peace of mind that they will honour any warranty issues that may arise in the future, and I cannot be happier with the bike or how they have dealt with me.

Superb 5 star service - well done Duotts!

I ordered three copies of “The Drinking…

I ordered three copies of “The Drinking Mans Diet” as presents and all copies had a printing error meaning important dietary information was missing. I contacted WOB via email and phone but they never got back to me which is a poor show. I chased them but still no response.

Over charged and terrible customer service

I called to arrange insurance for my classic car which appeared reasonable at £120 for the year so i paid up and took out the policy. Just 8 mins after the call i received the policy document that had a small error - the car was noted as RHD rather than LHD - I called back immediately to put that right and Lancaster charged me over £40 service fee and the person called “Noz” was very rude. I shall not be renewing with Lancaster unless this is put right. I called today to complain and was on hold for 40 minutes without my case even being dealt with! Their customer service is appalling once they have your money and i fear for the day i ever need to make a claim. Avoid!!!
