Ok, have to rewrite this review, because I had to find an adequate wording for this BS Dubaro just dropped with my very first (and last) order from this trader-roleplay-company.
I ordered a 3000€ PC on July, the 25th, over one week before my summer vacation began. My plans were 1 week of PC-Configuration, 1 week of test runs on stream and one week of streaming. Until July, the 30th I got updates via Mail. The production and tests finished, the PC should get on it's delivery. From that date on, I never got any updates anymore. On August, the 4th I opened up a ticket via Mail, what is going on with my delivery. Never got an answer on that. On August 6th I got a Mail from the credit bank, that Dubaro sent the PC and grabbed the money. On August 7th I sent another ticket via mail, why I never got a shipment tracking. Finally I got an answer on August 8th in which they told me, that my PC was sent to the wrong person. In a phonecall I got the info, that my PC was delivered to france. WTF! Over all that was told in a very sloppy & cheeky way. Finally I asked, what they wanna do to send me my System as fast as possible. Well, they only offered the possibility to wait for the redelivery of the french person, who got my PC, then check it and then send it to me again. That is not the fastest possibility. But in Germany the subsequent performance is implemented by law. In this Case: Rebuild the PC and send it again.
I don't know, how long it takes for the french one to send it back, if it will ever return.
I don't know, if that person returns it without manipulation, with all components I ordered.
As a new customer I don't know, if Dubaro will recheck the order.
So I cancelled the order from my side. Dubaro confirmed the cancellation and... waited over 2 1/2 weeks until they refunded the money back to the credit bank. In all that time the financial plan of that bank was active, so I couldn't order from another trader.
In the end I even don't know, if that PC even existed, if the story of France was true or if Dubaro tried to scam me. Has a delicate taste of it.
I never got a glimpse of evidence. Yes, we are all not free of mistakes. That's not the problem. But a good company shows it's quality in reactions on things, that are not going well. In my case, it was everything, but customer-friendly.
So this was the story, how Dubaro crashed my whole plans for my vacation. I absolutely despise this company. Ah, and the irony: The PC I ordered was one from the "Hardware Dealz" series. A partner from Dubaro, which got a youtube channel on which they sometimes mock at traders, that are selling bad PC-Systems or which got massive problems with delivery. Maybe they should do a video about Dubaro.
As we say in Germany:"Wer im Glashaus sitzt, sollte nicht mit Steinen schmeißen." ;)
I absolutely advise against this company. Was the worst experience in ordering in the internet I ever had.

-> Natürlich kann das vorkommen. Und dann sieht man zu, dass man schnellstmöglich den Fehler ausbügelt, sich entschuldigt und die Maschine schnellstmöglich zukommen lässt, wenns sein muss, noch mal zusammenbauen und vor allem mal checken, wo eure Rechner hingehen. Jedes vernünftige QM einer halbwegs laufenden Firma gewährleistet das.
"Wichtig ist: Du hast deine Finanzierung selbstverständlich vollständig erstattet bekommen, nachdem du dich entschieden hast, den Rechner nicht mehr haben zu wollen."
-> Da die Situation schwammig af war, ich keinerlei Evidenz über irgendwas bzgl. des Rechners hatte und zudem nicht im Ansatz nachvollziehen konnte, ob eure Geschichte mit Frankreich stimmt, war der Rücktritt vom Kauf die logische Konsequenz. Und dass man das Geld zurückzahlt ist eine Selbstverständlichkeit.
"Dies kann leider schon mal ein paar Tage dauern."
-> "Ein paar Tage" ist gut. Ihr als Händler habt unverzüglich nach dem Rücktritt den Betrag zu erstatten, spätestens bis 14 Tage später. 2 1/2 Wochen sind nicht 14 Tage später. Und nein, die Berufung darauf, dass die Ware erst wieder eintreffen muss, zieht hier nicht, weil ich mit der Bestellung ab dem Zeitpunkt nichts mehr zu tun hatte, zu dem ihr den Rechner durch halb Europa geschickt hattet. Es gab keinen Grund, das Geld nicht sofort zurückzuzahlen. 2 1/2 Wochen kommen nur dadurch zustande, da ihr gewartet habt, bis der mutmaßliche Franzose den mutmaßlichen Rechner zurückgeschickt hat. Ihr wolltet euch auf meinen Buckel absichern.
Von „Betrug“ kann daher keine Rede sein.
-> Es fühlt sich genau so an. Vielleicht baut ihr wirklich gute Rechner, kann und will ich nichts zu sagen. Aber am Ende zeigt ihr im Konflikt unprofessionelles Verhalten.

1313 eur setup. it was really well done,packaged and the parts seemed to have been cleaned before. The prices are quite fair considering that purchasing the parts in my country would have been 100-120 eur more expensive. lovely experience and customer support. if you want a prebuilt in Europe then it should be your go-to.

Ordered a PC for more than 2.5k Euro and when it arrived, parts of the chassis were not installed and the system didn't boot up properly. The GPU fan was not installed correctly (the clip was partly off) and the GPU did not work. Very annoying. Dead on Arrival with an experience that the stuff is badly built. Really shitty quality.
Conclusion:
Not correct built, not tested - really annoying sh*t. I have paid via Amazon payment so probably I will send them back their crap and get my money returned.

They promised me that they will sent me a return slip so that I can return the pc for free, but since then, no words from them, except the fact that they are getting annoyed by me for insisitng.
Now I'm stuck with a computer that do not start at all !!

Today my 3700 euro PC arrived.
Positives - From order placement to delivery extremely fast. It is well packaged and secured.
Negatives - Order arrived without my GPU. I am now sitting with my new system and no GPU. However they have responded and am resolving the issue.

I've always built my own PCs, but this time decided to be lazy. I was a bit sceptical at first, but was positively surprised. Everything is assembled properly, very nice cable management, packaged well. Despite skipping "priority" option, PC was assembled and shipped quickly. Additional instructions how to mount GPU weren't needed by me, but definitely nice to have for people with less experience.

I bought two pc from Dubaro, one before the pandemic, and one in September 2024. Both times at a very good price. The service is fast, clear, the delivery with DHL had no issue.
Twice I had to contact their customer service that was very reactive and efficient. I definitively recommand !

Good experience. On a minus side the delivery came two weeks after the order. I would have like to find this time estimation somewhere (or in a more visible manner) when I ordered.
From my estimation by seeking the best prices everywhere for each components, I could have saved off 100 euros on an order of 1700 euros. But I would have to mount the PC myself and deal with order issues individually.
Overall well worth it if you don´t have neither the time or compentence to mount it

I'm really happy with the custom pc I've ordered. The package arrived securely with lots of padding material added for shipping. Everything is working as expected, great cable management and the support handled a case change I requested in a timely manner (during the busiest time of the year). And the price is really fair. Hell yeah!

I ordered a Pc from Dubaro 18.11 and it came at 26.11. The delivery was fast and the Pc came same as i order it and it is awesome. I installed the windows myself and it runs very well right now, i am gonna wait for like 3-4 months and see if it still run good and im gonna order another one for my wife. All i can say thill now the Pc is perfect the cabel management was perfect and it runs like a beast. Thank you very much team Dubaro you guys made a really good job
