Excellent Service and a Perfect High-End PC Build
I had a fantastic experience with Mifcom. Before ordering, I was able to call and discuss my build with their team – they gave me great advice and even suggested better configurations to avoid bottlenecks.
My high-end PC build with the RTX 5090 was delivered within a week, and I was amazed by the professional packaging – it came safely on a pallet, with the graphics card perfectly supported to prevent any shipping issues.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the build quality, delivery, and customer service. I can highly recommend Mifcom to anyone looking for a powerful custom PC and excellent support.

I ordered a high-end PC from MIFCOM. The hardware is great, the packaging was solid, and the system worked out of the box.
But due to an address error, the delivery failed and it took over 3 weeks to finally receive the PC.
Customer support was polite but passive — I had to constantly follow up myself. At one point I was told the PC had arrived, but it actually didn’t get delivered to MIFCOM until 2 days later.
Excellent build, but the delivery experience was frustrating and communication could be much better.

Haven't received my PC in over a month and no info from MIFCOM
Unfortunately the MIFCOM support team is extremely slow in terms of responding to enquiries. it also says delivery time is estimated to be 3-5 days, but it's been over a MONTH, and I still haven't received my PC!!! I have written them multiple Emails asking what seems to be the hold up, but all I get as a response is that they will send me the tracking number once they have it.
Granted, the PC was shipped about 3 weeks after my order date, but was sent back by UPS because the packaging was damaged. The team at MIFCOM said they would send me images of the damage, and also let me know what was happening with the PC but so far like I said, I am left in the dark. I ordered the PC on the 11th of April, it was sent out on the 30th of April but was then sent back to MIFCOM before it even got to me on the 7th of May and I haven't heard anything since.
I have also called multiple times and each time they said they will either call me back within the day, or send an email the next day to explain the issue but still no follow up....
This is extremely infuriating. I'm fine with a week or two in terms of delay because it's a BTO PC, but over a month and no information from their end? Unacceptable.
If the PC does ever arrive, I hope it's in perfect condition or I'm going to be extremely annoyed and ask for my money back. I expected so much more from this company because I was recommended them from a good friend of mine, but my experience so far has been abysmal.
I am open to changing this review if I finally get good customer support and some sort of compensation and a proper explanation.
I bought a PC from Mifcom about a year…
I bought a PC from Mifcom about a year ago. When I first received it, there was a CPU issue. Mifcom picked up the PC for repair, and it took four weeks to fix. At the time, I thought, "It's the New Year, maybe they are just busy," so I was patient.
However, now, after about two months, my PC has another issue. I opened a support ticket and contacted them, but it took a long time to get a response. After a lot of troubleshooting, we suspected the problem might be with the RAM and fan. I received new RAM and a fan, replaced them, and returned the old parts to Mifcom. Unfortunately, the issue was still there, so we decided to send the PC back for repair.
Now, it has been three weeks, and we have scheduled three pickup appointments, but no one has shown up. On every scheduled pickup day, nobody came, and there were no updates on the tracking number. I contacted DHL, but they refused to provide any information or assistance since the pickup was arranged by Mifcom as a company, not privately.
I have spoken with Mr. Schneiderbauer, who has been trying to help me resolve this, but even yesterday, my latest pickup appointment was missed. Now, my PC has been packed for three weeks, sitting at home, unusable, because it’s not working and no one is coming to pick it up. This PC weighs 30kg—how am I supposed to move it to a pickup point on my own? It’s heavy, and I’m afraid of damaging it.
The second issue is that I was told that once they receive the PC, the repair would take another 3–4 weeks. That’s simply too long. I rely on this PC for work, and it has been almost three months since I’ve had a properly functioning PC. This kind of customer support is really disappointing from a company like Mifcom. I hope they find a proper solution and fix this issue soon.
Unprofessional and Frustrating Support Experience
I have been dealing with MIFCOM support since January 6th, and this has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
I initially contacted the sales manager that followed my almost 11k purchase (yes 11k), hoping for assistance, but despite multiple follow-ups, I never received a response. Ignoring customer emails for weeks is simply unprofessional. When I escalated to MIFCOM support, the experience didn’t improve. Their replies showed they hadn’t even read my messages properly, providing generic, useless responses that dragged the process unnecessarily.
After weeks of follow-ups, I finally received a replacement, but only a partial one—even though my request was clear from the beginning. Then came several days of silence, followed by a response that included the incredibly patronizing remark: “Patience is a virtue.” Seriously? It’s been almost a month, and I’m the one who needs to be patient?
To make matters worse:
• They failed to review my customs invoice for reimbursement (which I had already sent). Yes they forgot to state it was RMA so Swiss Customs requested me to pay the invoice.
• They ignored the fact that both parts were faulty, despite me repeatedly stating it int the initial emails sent to the sale manager, yes those which were IGNORED...
• They now expect me to return the defective part, without clarifying if cutting the cables is an issue in case I can’t fully disassemble it.
And of course, after responding to their last email, I am still waiting. No resolution, no timeline, just more delays.
A premium brand should provide reliable and responsive support—not force customers to chase them for weeks while deflecting responsibility. If you value your time and expect decent after-sales support, think twice before buying from MIFCOM.
EDIT TO RESPOND TO THE MIFCOM RESPONSE BELOW:
Dear MIFCOM Support,
I appreciate the response, but I must firmly disagree with several of your claims. Let’s be clear about the facts:
1. Ignored Emails & Lack of Communication
• You claim my emails weren’t ignored because they were “read” internally—this is irrelevant. If a customer reaches out, a response is expected. A simple acknowledgment like “We are reviewing your case and will get back to you” is basic professionalism.
• I had to escalate multiple times before getting any form of engagement. Even the sales manager who handled my 11K purchase never replied.
2. The Issue with Sending in the Whole System
• You suggest sending in the entire PC would have been easier, but let’s not forget the RGB lights never worked from the start. This was a manufacturing defect, and I was only trying to save both of us time and effort by requesting the replacement part instead of shipping an entire system.
• If you had clearly communicated that troubleshooting remotely would be this problematic, I would have reconsidered, but at no point did you insist this was mandatory.
3. Closing Support Cases Without Confirmation
• The fact that your own support engineer assumed my case was closed upon sending a part is unacceptable. You cannot just assume a problem is resolved without checking with the customer first.
• Proper support means following through until a confirmed resolution—not making assumptions.
4. Misleading Customs Invoice Handling
• You claim customs issues were beyond your control, but you failed to review my invoice for reimbursement, even after I sent it. If you truly wanted to resolve this, you would have assisted with the process instead of deflecting responsibility. Additionally I had to send multiple times receipt and invoice and I also asked the support engineer if they received the data, they responded they were not going to request confirmation from sales team as it was of course obvious and also because, and I quote "when you ask too many times people don't want to help you".... NO COMMENT... well, as a result, I was contacted days after (2 weeks after) to request the same info... guess what? nobody cared about the invoices which were already been sent... again confirmation of poor customer support.
5. Unacceptable Tone and Delays
• Being told “Patience is a virtue” after nearly a month of slow, inefficient support is outright patronizing.
• I had to fight to even get a call from a support engineer, something that should have been a basic courtesy for a premium purchase.
Final Note:
• The PC is still not working as expected, and we agreed that I will send it back at a later time.
• I will no longer waste time responding to further excuses. If MIFCOM wants to be considered a premium brand, it should act like one by providing professional, customer-first support—not gaslighting customers into thinking they are the problem.

Computer did not work, no evidence of actual technical support despite a lot of effort to contact and try and help, so successfully (if painfully) got a refund.
TL;DR: There are big claims on the website about 30 day guarantees, and free shipping for returns, but in reality, the problems in customer service make this impossible to use. Avoid.
Full details:
I ordered a custom small form factor gaming PC. It took just under a week for the machine to be built and shipped, and it eventually arrived in Switzerland 12 days after it was originally ordered. A bit slower than promised, but not a disaster. Online order tracking did not work, but I did get updates from the customer support team when I asked.
Once it arrived, the machine did not boot. I raised a ticket and got a standard reply asking for video footage and further details. I recorded this and sent it, and heard nothing.
Continuing to hear nothing, and spending a lot of time booking callbacks, (which never happened) and sitting on the phone (and being hung up on by Mifcom's phone system, I spent the rest of that week trying to diagnose the problem myself, isolating it to either the graphics card or (less likely, the power supply). I updated my support ticket with these findings, and never heard back.
At the end of that week, with no reply from support, I realised I would have to cancel my order and get a refund under the guarantee. I sent off the cancellation form to the e-mail address listed on the form and on the website, and I heard nothing. If this had resulted in some reaction from support I would have been prepared to work with support to resolve the issue, rather than cancel the order, but with no communications, I could not take the risk that any guarantee or return window would expire.
5 days later, after chasing again through the contact form on the website, I finally got a reply from customer care saying that the return would be processed, and I should expect to have a mail from someone at Mifcom with the return instructions.
A further 3 days passed with no return instructions, and no call-backs from the mifcom team despite multiple attempts to call the team or book a call-back using the call-back form on the website. At this point, getting the computer back to Mifcom before the end of the 30 day return window was starting to look extremely difficult, so instead of waiting even longer for shipping details to arrive, I arranged my own shipping to send the computer back to Mifcom.
The computer is now at Mifcom's local DHL warehouse, they have been sent a collection note, but support say that they will not go and pick it up. I assume it will stay there until DHL send it back to me as Mifcom will not get the parcel cleared out of customs.
Justin, in their first line customer support team has made an effort to be responsive, but the overall communicatiobn has been not good enough, considering the guarantee and service is something that is sold as part of the experience.

Mifcom did get the computer out of customs, and quite quickly refunded to my credit card. As a result, I have upgraded this review from 1 star to 2 stars, as I am not out of pocket from the experience. They didn't actually tell me the refund had been processed, so I only discovered by checking my credit card.
As a result, my conclusion is pretty much unchanged, I have received answers from first line support, but no actual support for a computer that turned up and failed to boot. I can't imagine this would be different from anyone else and there are enough horror stories from this, and other reviews on the german language section of the site to suggest this is not a one-off. You will be fine if you have no problems, but I haven't seen any evidence of actual technical support in my exchanges with Mifcom, so treat with care.

So I do not really know who's at fault here be it DHL or MIFCOM themselves but since they are cooperating I'll give them(MIFCOM) benefit of the doubt (hence 3*). Ordered entire system from them, everything was running smoothly up until I was to recieve my packeges. Since it was multiple box ordered I kinda hoped I would recieve everything at the same time thinking they shipped everything at the same time( which by DHL they did) turns out you recieve one package each day so thus far I have recieved 2 of my 3 packeges. Really frustrated with how DHL handled things from their end and I expect MIFCOM to react as well since this is not going to paint the best Picture about them.
Mifcom Order Review
So far everything has been great! Website is set up for beginners and enthusiasts alike. I was able to select from a variety of high end components offered at a fair price. I did a fair amount of shopping around and was warned by many that Mifcom is very pricey, etc. I did not get that impression and feel happy with my choice. Furthermore, it was a no brainer given their claim that the item would be configured and shipped to my door within 5 business days. Note, that this has been my experience so far with ordering the product and does not speak to the received quality of the goods. But my experience so far has certainly left a great impression!

Quality and performance top notch, slight cable issue tho
Ordered the PC from them and it arrived within the time shown on the page (roughly 10 days), which is totally respectable. The PC is built well, all the parts that i chose have indeed been installed correctly and there is even an option to get all the boxes of the parts sent to you with the PC. I would love to give 5 stars, as the PC has been working amazing for the past 2 weeks now, playing heavy games with temps being low, however, some of the component's RGB does not seem to be plugged in and therefore they cannot be detected by none of the softwares nor are they lighting up in general. The fans are spinning and the parts are working, but the lights are not turning on sadly. I have contacted them about it but still waiting for a response, if we manage to get it fixed without any issues, I will be more than happy to add that last star to this review as I truly think it deserves it, performance-wise everything is perfect, it's just that little RGB incident.
Edit: It took a little bit to reach the tech team but with a little bit of patience, we managed to get the issue fixed. Turns out that ARGB cable has plugged out a tiny bit during transport, did not fall out completely but just enough for it to cut the power to the motherboard and not register the fans. The agent helping me with the issue was very kind and assured me that my warranty would remain valid and it's safe for me to open the PC and check the cables to make sure everything is plugged in and that's how we found the issue. 10/10 would recommend, you do need to be a little patient for their response tho. As promised, upping the review from 4 up to 5 stars, as it's not something that could have been avoided, anything can happen in transport and they were very kind and professional in the process of finding the solution!
