Support got an attitude
They promised me that they will sent me a return slip so that I can return the pc for free, but since then, no words from them, except the fact that they are getting annoyed by me for insisitng.
Now I'm stuck with a computer that do not start at all !!
Very unprofessionnal !
Still no return slip !!!

sorry to hear you're frustrated — we get that it's super annoying when something doesn’t work right out of the box. But just to clarify: you’ve already received all the info and resources you need from us to send the PC back, including the return slip. Please check your Mails. The next step is simply to send it in so we can take care of the issue for you.
