My car had a flat tyre a couple of weeks ago so I phoned Driver Guardian (who I’ve been a member of for 10 years) as unable to change the tyre myself. Rachel was fabulous and went above and beyond to ensure I was back on the road as quickly as possible (1.5hrs in total). Excellent service!

My motorhome broke down just after I arrived at a campsite in the New Forest. I contacted Driver Guardian who were very helpful and understanding. I arranged to speak to them again on Monday morning and by 10:10 am Ravenscroft Motors attended and my van was being attached to a tow truck to be recovered to a local repairer. Everything went very smoothly and Daniel the recovery driver was also very kind and helpful. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you to all involved! :)

Absolutely fantastic people to talk to great support and advice got all my 3 motorbikes covered on one policy, always been prompt with call out times and a curtacy call after recovery to see if everything went ok thankyou

Had european cover sold by driver guardian but in fact is not run by them but a thirdparty compamy.
Cost me money to have my car recovered not happy so wont be renewing will pay at bit extra and use RAC.

We had a flat battery and no way of charging it. Within an hour a man from a local garage arrived to jump start the car which enabled us to drive to Halfords to have a new battery fitted
