Excellent service

Excellent service
I have been a member of driver guardian 4 years and never had to use until yesterday when had a flat battery on car . With it being 4pm in Christmas Eve I thought this could be a problem but no , seamless call centre process and booking in for someone to come out to my home and assess issue . Within 45 mins of the initial call the car was charged and I was on my way .
Way above my expectations and I will definitely be recommending to others .

Customer service call but cancel call before you can answer and leave a voicemail to say they aren’t calling again . Disappointed

Avoid

Avoid. Cheap annual travel insurance for a reason... Underwriters will not pay out flight cancellations after initially agreeing. 10 weeks later after sending all information and constantly chasing for updates they change the criteria. Very disappointed as held a continuous policy for 4 years and never claimed until now. Will not renew next year and pay an extra £10-20 for a reputable company.

Terrible airline

Terrible airline, do not use. Zero customer service . Booked a flight which has been cancelled and cannot get my money back only flight credit which I do not want. No straightforward way to email . No customer service email address. Avoid at all cost and fly with someone else.
