I have looked into this, and i have re-opened the support ticket, requesting that the office manager looks into this.

Hi I'm not happy with the item I received (worktop pop up socket) i installed it the other day and its not popping up and now the client wants his money back
I tried so many times but it just gets jammed.
Can you send me a fully working replacement ASAP and then I will return the faulty pop up socket to you.
