Im a returning customer.
Great range of frames, lenses options and speedy service.
My recent order had to be returned and my request was processed and s full refund to be made within the week.
I shall reorder when my preferred frame is back in stock

Courier rang our doorbell at 7:30am on a Sunday morning!!!!
To piss us of even more , the item was deliverable through the letterbox, which the courier did!
So unprofessional and inconsiderate by Evri ...again!

Dreadful! Avoid!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR TRAVEL INSURANCE COVER!
I have been waiting for compensation now for 15 months for hospital fees I had to pay in Cyprus.
We contacted Rightpath and sent all the documents and evidence that they asked for...twice! I kept having to chase them up for a decision and constantly being told the claim is being assessed. Then they'd ask for all my documents again, which I provided again!
Called them numerous times with them saying I'd be hearing back in next 2/3 days. Again nothing.
To top it all, I received an email today asking for a form to be filled in and signed by my GP and asking me another 20 questions they'd never asked before?
In all the 15 months I've been waiting, they are using stalling tactics to pee off not just me but their other clients; its quite evident that this is their tactic , read it in other experiences on here!
So if you want to be insured , dont use Rightpath - You are paying for nothing as theyre obviously trying to avoid paying anything out.
I've just informed them that I shall be taking this up with the Financial Ombudsman...lets see what happens next!

Excellent cover at a good price

An excellent level of cover at a great price. I required assistance recently because of an electric/battery issue.
Locally-appointed recovery arrived slightly late (due to traffic!) and resolved the issue and we were on our way in a matter of minutes.

Well made and easy to use

Delivered and assembled, my funky futon sofabed is well made and easy to use. Such a comfy piece of furniture - firm but lovely and comfortable to sleep on.
Perfect for what I originally needed as a spare bed in my second room/office, it is now pride of place in a new conservatory.

Virgobanc? I'd LEAVE IT WELL ALONE!

I made an investment enquiry over three months ago, It sounded great -a FAILSAFE! They set up my virgobanc account I did not make a deposit and then I decided against it - I read and received too many negatives about them... from my banks to others customers responses that I found online.
I have told them I am no longer interested but they persist... and persist... and persist on calling me AND EVERY TEL.NO. is different!
I've reached the stage I now block every 020 number I receive!
Virgobanc? I'd LEAVE IT WELL ALONE!
