Sales staff lack of assistance

Staff did not tell me about the membership scheme which would have saved me 20% on my purchase, only found out via the receipt email after the purchase

Thank you for taking the time to contact us.

Our store staff may have offered you a 20% discount off your purchase. This would be using one of our membership discount codes. There is a £15 sign up fee for this, but if you are making a purchase in store, any discount off the purchase would offset the cost of signing up to the membership and if you were spending over £75 this would still result in a lower price paid for you.

We do expect every store to be explaining this in full and if this was not the case, please can we ask you to confirm which store this occurred in, along with the date on which this incident occurred and we will pass this on to the area manager of the store. If you wish to have this membership cancelled and refunded for you, you would need to provide us with your name, receipt and a contact number, or confirm you are happy to be contacted via email by the area manager.

If you need any assistance with anything else, please feel free to contact us as we are always happy to help.

Driver did not follow instruction on…

Driver did not follow instruction on door. Did not knock on door Orpington doorbell. Wandered round garden, fortunately we were in back room and were able to see him.

Wood is OK

Wood is OK, but is in my view expensive. Also people used for delivery (dpd) left box o tuning kiln dried wood outside in the rain!!!!!!

Had reason to claim for uninsured costs…

Had reason to claim for uninsured costs following an incident whilst touring in France last year(2019). This was handled by driver guardian legal. My experience could not have been better, communication was first class. There was a very speady resolution to my claim. Very knowledgeable staff gave me a confidence that their actions would be to achieve the best possible result on my behalf, result of the claim was testament to this.
