Delivery times are awful
Ordered lowering springs over a week ago. Got an email saying that my order has been processed but no word of it being dispatched and no delivery information. I’d arranged a mechanic to fit these for me but now I have to cancel him because these springs are taking so long to come!
Poor customer Service.
I purchased some wheel spacers after checking fitment via Ebay for my Renault Clio RS. The first time the wheels were removed both spacers had split in two.
I contacted Direnza and supplied them with the pictures and measurements they requested to pass onto their R&D team. Weeks past with no reply, I contacted three times, only to be told they will Chace it up. I requested a refund, to again be told they will Chace it up. Three months have passed with no resolution, I have just been fobbed off with apologies hoping I'll go away, Poor customer Service.

I've just had a lowering spring snap on…
I've just had a lowering spring snap on the rear of my car.. I usually find lowering springs to be of higher quality than factory springs.. but these things happen..
I phoned Direnza to see if I could get a replacement. They told me it only has 12 months warranty (they're 3-4 years old) and that I would need to purchase new. They couldn't replace the single spring, or even the rears.. it would be a full new set at full price.
I've seen that Eibach and other companies offer 5 year warranties and some of them are lifetime.
Lesson learnt, by cheap, by twice. And when they do break, be prepared to buy a full new set at the full price.
Edited for your response - that's absolute nonsense. I told you the springs were purchased off someone, that's correct, however they were unused and still in the box. The owner had upgraded to the newer version of the car and never fit them.. anyway, that's besides the point, if you only offer a "5 month warranty" (you said on the phone 12), it wouldn't matter.
No conversation of goodwill was had. I've tried to call to discuss this but no answer. My issue was never about warranty or goodwill. My issue is with the poor quality and the lack of being able to offer a replacement part or even a pair.

Two orders disappointed
Two orders, and both times I was very disappointed.
Some time ago, I ordered a dual intake system with filters. After installation, I found the filters were of terrible quality the rubber was cracking, and pieces could actually get sucked into the turbocharger. The sales department replaced the damaged filter, but the issue returned within a week. Of course, they blamed me, saying the clamp was overtightened. However, after switching to filters from another brand, the issue disappeared and I even tightened the clamps more.
After a while, I decided to give them a second chance and ordered a set of springs, especially since they were listed as in stock. It was only at checkout that I was told delivery would be 3 days for most products, but 5–7 days for the springs.
I placed the order on May 27th. Today is June 19th and I still haven’t received anything.
I do not recommend this seller. They’re unreliable and sell extremely poor quality products

Highly recommend company. Lost in the world of spacers & adapters for my car. Bought the wrong ones and email the company and they basically walked me through what I needed. Unfortunately I'm going in a different route...with my wheels. But I will be back to use them again. Full 5 stars.

Absolutely amazing customer service had an order in my basket on eBay and the sale price went back to normal the next day as that’s when I was gonna order it emailed direnza to explain that the day before I was getting an offer and they matched the offer I was getting with no hesitation
I was a bit worried about the quality for the price I paid but wow even down to the welds was excellent
Even the Machanic that fitted it fir me commented on how well it was built as he knew the price I paid 100% I will be ordering more from direnza just hoping they bring an exhaust out for the audi b9 s5 for when I ready to purchase one

M135i Induction Kit
Part arrived very quickly for a start. Installation took no time and the difference is noticeable! The noise is hilarious and makes me chuckle like a child and definitely feels sharper.

Bought the exhaust system for the BMW M140i absolute terrible fit,back box sits way to low, can't put the Underbody chasie Brace on, brackets weak had to buy stronger ones.
Wish I hadn't bought it have to look at buying another lot of money wasted 😡

Ordered springs from here
Ordered springs from here. Never received item. They are trying to say it has been delivered but it has not. They don't want to do anything about it so now I am at a loss. Also never received a receipt or and delivery information. They are very rude to deal with. I honestly wish I never bothered

Just disappointed in the quality
My radiator for a BMW lasted about a month. It was sent to a welder for repair and they said they can’t do anything with it: it’s rubbish. What annoys me more is that I asked the garage to give me the cheapest possible radiator as a replacement whilst it was being welded. So now that needs replacing too. The garage threw the original OEM radiator away when I had the Direnza fitted, so that’s 4 radiators for nothing. I’d post a picture of all the fins etc but I can’t. I can’t even remember which retailer I bought it from otherwise I’d get it sent back. I’m not slagging the brand off, but it was a waste of money time and energy.
I will update the review later with your serial number so that you can confirm this is manufactured by you. I’m sorry you aren’t happy with the review, but it could have been less polite. I’ve just had to swallow the cost and inconvenience and I didn’t think it was too harsh a review given that the product lasted a couple of months before it failed. Thank you.
