Induction kit
Orderd induction kit for my mini but arrived with out hose clips needed part on that day they sent clips two days later not the worst company to deal with was going to order new intercooler etc but I’ll use another company

I am very sorry to see that you did not have the best experience with your recent order and we would like to correct this in any way possible
I can see here that the replacement clips were sent out along with some extra merch as a way of apology, these were sent out on a Parcelforce 24 service which is a 1-2 day courier but is our fastest possible delivery service and as explained previously, deliveries can experience slight delays in the run up to the Christmas period
I see these clips did arrive to you today and I hope the induction kit is a great addition to your mini, if you do still wish to purchase these other bits, please get in touch and we will do our best to rectify the situation
