Poor customer Service.
I purchased some wheel spacers after checking fitment via Ebay for my Renault Clio RS. The first time the wheels were removed both spacers had split in two.
I contacted Direnza and supplied them with the pictures and measurements they requested to pass onto their R&D team. Weeks past with no reply, I contacted three times, only to be told they will Chace it up. I requested a refund, to again be told they will Chace it up. Three months have passed with no resolution, I have just been fobbed off with apologies hoping I'll go away, Poor customer Service.
