I've been waiting for my parcel for…

I've been waiting for my parcel for over a week claire from customer services is about as much use as a chocolate teapot first of all my parcel was delayed then it couldn't be delivered because of the weather but DPD and amazon are still delivering with no problems then I get a email saying could I give her 48hours to look into it because she thinks it's been misplaced then I get a email the next day stating that's it's on it's way once the courier collector's it I will get a ETA that was 2 days ago and guess wot 🤔 nothing how this company is still operating I don't no.
