If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would! I bought the most expensive package they had thinking I wouldn’t have to worry. My Jeep was towed to the garage and now they’re saying they don’t cover the shift cable because it’s not part of the transmission. They will say whatever they have to to get out of paying. They are a complete scam and I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Trust me. Beware of their scam! They want me to pay the 500 when I’ve already paid them over 2000 for a warranty that is a joke!

They lied to my mother and pretended to…

They lied to my mother and pretended to represent the dealership warranty she had just purchased with her used car. They convinced her she needed to set up a payment plan or her vehicle would not be covered. This was an outright lie as she had already purchased an extended warranty at the dealership and they were pretending to be them.

From all the reviews, while they may be a real company, they lie and mislead to get customers and then deny most claims.

This is the WORST company out there

This is the WORST company out there. My motor went and I was told to have it tore down and they would inspect it. When they did their response was that I did it on purpose! Why would I do that? So instead of getting a motor I had to pay for the tear down plus the motor. The warranty paid nothing. Please listen and do not purchase this warranty!!!!

He is a thief

He is a thief, I brought my Acadia to him and asked for a quote, and he went ahead and did the work without my consent and then it sat on his lot for a year because I could not afford to pay for it. Not only did he screw me on my transmission he stole my brand new tires .

This warranty is a joke

This warranty is a joke, I was told they would only pay $75 per hour on any repairs. The dealer couldn't reach anyone so filed claim online, only to later receive a fax stating they would only pay $150 of $659 repair for water pump replacement. On top of that I had to spend almost $500 for 7 day car rental. I'm out of $1000 on top of warranty purchase $1500, that's $2500 and they only pay $150?
My God! What a scam!

Scam scam scam scam

We purchased GAP and Warranty from Diamond. I was in an auto accident in October and it’s now Jan and I have not heard a word for them, nor have the paid out the GAP or the remainder of the warranty. I’ve called 100’s of times, I’ve emailed, I’ve done everything I can and they just refuse to handle this. We will now get an attorney to sue this fraudulent company.

STAY AWAY !

On the repair facility side this company ranks right at the bottom of extended warranty companies. They authorize the cheapest available parts made for the repairs from auto zone or any other discount retailer rather than OEM Equivalents. They take for EVER to pay, IF They ever pay currently I have been awaiting payment for almost 45 days. No one will return an email or phone call. I have reached out to every one i can find an email for and nothing in return. Moving forward i will refuse to even submit a claim with them.
VERY DISSAPOINTED !!!
SHAMEFULL IN FACT.

Scams

I have them for a warranty and had to contact the BBB because they are not trying to fix my engine. Which is cover under my warranty in fact I ended up paying 758.00 for nothing because the car is still inoperable and the money that I would put in another engine I decided to save and put towards another car.

The worst warranty company ever!

The worst warranty company ever. Do not allow the dealer to sell you this warranty. They will not pay for anything and their staff are all trained to lie to you just to delay the process of claims to the point that you will give up and repair your car with your own money. A claim simply can take months possibly a year with these people.

Key has been very helpful in the frustrating situation of trying to get my car fixed..... she has been nothing less than understanding, professional, and accomodating.... she attempted to make this as easy and painless as possible for me despite me finding a few bad garages that wanted to scam me.

mixed

I find them to be an overall pretty honest company to deal with. But that's because I had a pretty low bar for an auto warranty company. My only repair so far is pretty mixed.

They tell my mechanic they can find a caliper for my Infiniti sports coupe for $77??? I got this warranty because I love this car and would rather keep it on the road as long as possible (as opposed to getting a new lame car) so I don't want to put the most inferior parts possible in it. But my mechanic couldn't find a part all that close to that price, so I still had to lay out some money.

Like I said, I had a pretty low bar for my first exposure to this industry. It seemed too good to be true initially so this kind of clarifies things for me. But I'd be giving them rave reviews for what probably amounted to saving them $100 (less than one months payment); I can't imagine that makes sense as a business model. I'm on the fence about whether or not I plan to continue with them.
