I worked with two different people from Car Edge and the prices were not any cheaper than I could find myself. I would not recommend this service.

I had a fantastic experience with caredge concierge service. With Joshua handling the negotiations and trade-in . He was able to find my dream car quickly.
A 2022 RX350 with only 18,000 miles.for a great price.
I haven’t been this happy in a long time.
I highly recommend Car Edge.

Thanks to the CarEdge Concierge service, I'll never need to face another car salesperson ever again. Josh worked with me from the start, listened to what I wanted, and found the right car on the first day. It took about a week to finalize, but he was with me every step of the way. Highly recommend if you prefer to work with someone who respects you as a customer, rather than a car salesperson who is trying to screw you.

The entire process was very pleasant. I worked with Joe H. and he was simply amazing! What I appreciated the most was how responsive he was to me, no matter how trivial my questions were. He sources an unobtanium Lexus GX, Luxury Plus in Nori Green Pearl/Saddle Tan interior. Just that alone was worth the price for the concierge service. Beyond that, Joe worked through me with my sales associate to ensure I was not being taken advantage of and he was also able to get a discount on labor costs for accessories I wanted. The Lexus dealer I worked with was a preferred dealer with Car Edge and the fact they have partnered with legit dealers helped the process. It was helpful to bounce scenarios, past and current experiences with Joe as this was my first ever new car purchase. Car Edge offered transportation services so I had an alternate price to compare (I live 2400 miles away from where my dealer was). Joe stayed with me until my car was delivered and I cannot rave enough about this service. My wife and I will be looking to replace her car next year and we will be back to do this again. You really cannot go wrong with Car Edge concierge! Yes, it can cost $1K +/- (depending on current specials) and I ask what your time and stress mitigation is worth. In my opinion, this was worth every penny.

Concierge service was efficient and very satisfying because they work with the dealers from start to finish.

Josh was absolutely wonderful. In partnership, we found the exact car that met my needs. It was a process though. Through conversation, Josh's expertise uncovered things I had not considered. His friendly demeanor played a huge part in me laughing about mistakes I would have made if I had not used the service. Thanks Josh

Loved the time efficiency of the process. I knew exactly what I wanted, and what I thought a good deal would look like. CarEdge found exactly what I wanted for a great deal. No dealer visit required until the transaction was complete. It was worth every penny!

I used CarEdge Concierge hoping to have an advocate in the buying process. Unfortunately, I ended up paying essentially sticker price plus tax because of how the negotiation was handled, and I had to push twice for them to even negotiate for me. When the car turned out to be a poor purchase (dealer issue), CarEdge’s response was, “our hands are tied.” They were polite but provided no support. My experience was that they did not deliver on their promise to truly advocate for the consumer.

My daughter just purchased a new 2025 Toyota Corolla VIN 5YFP4MCE4SP247418 using CarEdge strategies, target numbers, and educational tools to successfully negotiate a great deal from the dealership. Couldn't have done it without CarEdge.
MSRP was 29,377
Paid 26,944 for the car.
29,000 Out the Door
Was able to get the 29,000 Out the Door price through email without even stepping foot at the dealership.
Negotiated trade-in once the OTD negotiations were completed.
Thank you

Car edge helped a lot with research and with their online videos. I used their concierge service to purchase a car and they saved me money with hidden fees that weren't event listed on the sticker itemized list. Everyone I spoke with has been helpful and patient working with me. They were also quick to respond which I appreciated because it was Labor Day sales and I wanted to jump on purchasing a specific vehicle.

This is a really great tool that I would recommend to anyone shopping for a new or used car. I discovered it through their YouTube channel where they give excellent advice on shopping, buying, and negotiating for cars and trucks. They make it easy to see what people are really paying, and give you great info and strategies that you can use as leverage when buying a car. They also break down the tricks that dealerships use to get you to pay more. Spending $39.99 for access to their tools can save you hundreds, or even thousands on your car.

Dear CarEdge Team,
I wanted to share some feedback on my recent experience, as I was left quite disappointed with the level of service I received.
When I signed up, my expectation was that the negotiator would work to at least match, or ideally beat, some of the offers I was already seeing. Instead, the offer presented to me was over three hours away, which was impractical. I had gone out of my way to create a spreadsheet with nearby dealership offers, but it did not appear that this information was meaningfully reviewed. The response I received was that some dealers would “probably add fees,” but it seemed no actual effort was made to confirm what those fees were.
My hope was that the negotiator would do the research and save me the time and effort. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. For example, I later visited a closer dealership myself and was able to secure a larger discount on a similar car with more features, along with a better trade-in value.
The process also took quite a long time, which I was prepared to accept if it meant more thorough attention. Instead, it left me feeling like my case was an afterthought. And realistically, had I gone with the offer provided, I would have faced six to seven hours of round-trip driving for a less competitive—or at best equivalent—deal. That simply didn’t make sense and added to my frustration.
Overall, I don’t feel the service provided the value I expected or paid for. Perhaps it was just this particular experience, but I did not feel that my needs were heard or prioritized. Based on this, I don’t believe I will be using the service again.
I hope this feedback is helpful.

I engaged Caredge for their Concierge service where you provide the exact car that you want by sharing the VIN number so that they can go straight to the seller and negotiate on your behalf. On Thursday afternoon I paid $399 and early evening that day I received an email and a text from Ryan Daily welcoming me to Caredge. He is the top dog for Concierge. As of Saturday at Noon I have yet to hear from anybody there despite having reached to Ryan to complain about their lack of communication. I have been totally ghosted. I called today and spoke to a lady who told me that probably they had nothing to report yet, thus the silence. Not buying it. I requested a refund and she told me that nothing could be done until Monday but that she would reach out to my assigned person to get an update on the car. I declined and called my credit card company to dispute and have the charge reversed. A scam, period. Do not touch these guys.

I made my research on which car to buy for my family needs. As I chose it, I opted for car concierge service having in had the VIN that I was interested.
Steve Maisel reached out the next business day and he made the negotiation by on my behalf with the dealership.
In a matter of week, we drive our new car to home. This was the most seamlessly car sale I ever had. Thank you car edge.

I purchased the "Negotiate for me" feature for two cars at $9.99 each (or something in that range). One dealer never responded, and the other dealer didn't respond with any pricing in 5 days. I called Caredge, and they agreed to refund me for one of these.

I had Jerry Kramer for my full concierge service. Jerry is experienced, professional, and timely with the services provided in executing the vehicle I had requested. Jerry was able to locate a vehicle within 48 hrs to the best OTD price within my budget. The day to pick up the vehicle was smooth and no non-sense.
I have been hounded by dealers and have had 147 blocked spam calls since signing up. I emailed them and told them to delete my phone number. Haven't heard from the "car edge team". I will never use or recommend them
This service made car buying a breeze! The gentleman assigned to me was on point with communication and found my dream car very quickly, not to mention within my budget. I will definitely use this service again and I have referred others already. The days of walking out of the dealership w/ a splitting headache are finally over!! Thank you CarEdge!
