I recently purchased some tailored tape for my company (which is an e-business). I had never done this before but Beth from Custom Tape was an amazing help throughout the whole process. She knows the products and the Company's capabilities and was a huge help in advising me on both colours/ tapes and placements. She was proactive through the whole process and never trying a hard sell. She is an asset to Custom Tape.

Received my order promptly, really pleased with the appearance and quality. Everything went smoothly from initial enquiry to placing order. I dealt with a lady called Beth can’t thank her enough she went through every step with me and kept in touch along the way, highly recommend can’t wait to start using it

I love my tape! It is of a far higher quality than any other kraft tape I have bought plus I got to design my own! Lynn who dealt with me was friendly, helpful and kind. I cannot recommend this company enough, so fast too. I will definitely be a repeat customer and go to them for all my custom tapes. Thank you

Amazing service!! Tony was super quick and efficient, managing to turn our urgent order around in the space of a day and even saving us a carriage charge by combining our company's order! Looking forward to receiving our bespoke custom tape:)

Cannot praise this company enough... particularly BETH... or perhaps I should call her WonderWoman... She turned our custom printed tape around in super fast timing and despatched it faster than we could say Jiminy Cricket. A total life saver!!!!!

From start to finish, Rachel couldn't have been more helpful. She quickly provided options to meet our eco requirements, provided samples and turned around the design proof in no time. Our custom tape turned up today ahead of schedule and looks brilliant - can't fault them. Will order again.

No problem with the product which appears to be of good quality. And delivery was fast. But what I received wasn't what I paid for. I purchased online 192 rolls of 9mm bag neck sealing tape. I received 144 rolls of 12mm bag neck sealing tape. When I rang customer services they were very friendly and helpful and rang me back after contacting the warehouse to find out what had happened. As it turns out the warehouse knew they were sending the wrong product. They didn't have the 9mm tape so they just sent the 12mm tape. No-one bothered to call me to say "do you want 48 less rolls than you ordered?" Customer Services then went on to explain that the factory in Italy that made their tape burned down "in mysterious circumstances" in March. So it's not like it's a new problem. And I went on their website today to find that you can still put 192 rolls of 9mm tape in your basket and proceed to checkout. So maybe before you order you should just give them a quick ring and find out if they really have what you want.

The tape arrived and looked absolutely amazing, it really helped us create a premium packaging outcome for our client, with the tape being the finishing touch.

We had a small issue with the delivery, however Rachel from the Custom Tape Ltd team did a fantastic job in resolving this issue, so much so that it was resolved in less than 2 days of raising the issue. The service was so efficient that it was almost as if the current pandemic had no effect on current delays around the UK. Rachel is an asset to the company and I can't thank her enough for the support she offered during this time.

I got in touch with Kay at custom tape to see if they could recreate what I had in my head. Nothing was a problem, the artwork was sent to me the same day, and a 10 day production window given. I have just took receipt of the tape (early, I might add) and it is exactly what I wanted. Thank you Kay and Custom Tape I will definitely be back.
