No customer service
Fantastic app which is perfect for researching wines and really easy to use to find them and purchase through the app. Good selection of merchants they use in the UK.
Big problem though is they have now stopped all customer service!!! NO telephone number, NO email, NO customer service!! Just have an awful automated chat bot that apparently if it cant help you will forward your issue to a real person.
Technology is great, but come on Vivino you need to provide at least some basic customer service when you are selling expensive products!
