FAKE COMPANY ALERT. This website which advertises on Facebook and instagram is a fake company. Do not buy from them. Their phone numbers are both dead and you pay for the item and they never ship it.

Churchill accepted my claim, processed it and then declined it.

From the point of originally accepting my claim - I was told by numerous staff that the claim was 100% valid and would be paid out on. Car was a write off. They collected the car from me. They said at worst - it would go down as a fault claim if they were unable to recover costs from the other party who caused the damage.

This went on for weeks - and then a settlement was made, and agreed, I gave them my bank details, uploaded my V5, deregistered my registration with DVLA... and 2 days later they called to say they were no longer paying out (no new facts had come to light! No details about the claim had changed).

Days later then sent an engineer to inspect the car at the scrap yard, who said the claim as not valid (how did they know this then before he had inspected it??? They never explained.. psychic perhaps).

They took away my courtesy car within 24hrs but did not return my car - leaving me with no transport.

And then weeks later when my scrap value car was returned to me - it was dented and damaged by the storage yard it had been kept at - the brakes were locked, gearbox frozen and battery flat.

They deny deny deny any liability or blame at all.

Shoddy service - shocking tactics - and hugely stressful and I am still paying monthly for a car that is a write off and have to repair it myself now to even begin to try to recoup my losses which run in to tens of thousands.

A brilliant experience from start to finish. Tracy helped us with our booking and then the customer services team supported when transfers needed to be changed and we wanted to upgrade our flights coming home. Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking with them again next year!

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer Service (aka Julie) is only contactable over email. They have no phone support (red flag 1). The Director set the company up in early 2023 so hasn't been trading long (red flag 2).. and he/she is only 23 years old (red flag no 3).
The order I placed in early May was delayed three times.. and today is the 'CONFIRMED' delivery day.. I even got allocated a time slot of 2-6pm.
However...
I have emailed (you cant call them) and no reply and so I suspect that the order isn't coming and I (like the other reviewers here) have been scammed.
Im pretty upset about it as I have been waiting and waiting to create a gorgeous outdoor lounge area in my new home and I have everything bar the sofa suite.... and lets be honest.. it isn't coming is it...

Excellent communication from Jacob and a pleasure to do business with! They helped us deliver an extra wide pull up roller banner for use as a backdrop... on the Monday in Chiswick, and only received our artwork on the Friday afternoon! Would definitely use again!

Bought a fab French style bed from Homesdirect365. Lead-time was quite long as it was Christmas period but we love it and want to now buy the two side tables to match as well as other furniture from the same range! So much choice and good prices!

Having banked with RBS as an SME we had to switch banks and tried Starling - but they were unable to manage our requirements and are probably more suited to a start up business or smaller entity than ours.
Thankfully Pritesh Lad The Co-Operative came to our rescue and managed to get our new account up and running in record timing… meaning we were able to make salary bulk payments, set up direct debits and he helped us manage the whole process.
Also nice to know we are with the Ethical Bank! And our money isn’t being used to fund or invest unsustainable, unethical or immoral businesses.

The app and interface is lovely... and very intuitive... and the whole signing up process was easy to do... However sadly Starling Bank is really not suited for businesses of our size (12+ employees).

First hurdle for us was, the Bank does not permit 3rd party access... so our accounts lady who does the payroll and pays all suppliers, could not access the app to make payments or pay salaries. Only Directors registered on Companies House can have access to the app.

Secondly, any funds paid by clients, in error to our old account - were automatically forwarded to the new Starling Bank.. this in principle is great - however once received, there is no information as to who it came from... so you cannot track which client is paying in to your old account in error.

Thirdly, there is a limit on the amount that you can pay out each day. The limit cannot be increased permanently, so in order to allow payments to go through, you have to call and specifically request permission each day you know you are going to exceed payments totalling £25k. This meant that salaries didnt get paid on time at Christmas (as we didnt know there was a cap.. and it was only when several staff realised they hadn't been paid we called the bank to find out what the issue was), nor could we pay our VAT or other suppliers without having to call the bank each time and request permission each time we wanted more.

All very frustrating, but the bank is perfect for smaller companies and personal banking...

We have had to now switch banks again to The Co-Operative Bank. Which is working out for us much better.

Having seen this company pop up on a Facebook advert I was at first a bit cautious about ordering with them. When I looked at their range on their website I was amazed at how different the styles were to anything else Ive seen out there. Totally designed to my taste and Im thrilled to say that the goods turned up and impressed me even more. The quality is excellent and the clothes fit perfectly. Ive bought several of their leggings/trousers, and always received compliments when wearing them. My only problem has been trying to curb my spending habits and restrict my purchases!!!!! Would highly recommend!

Cannot praise this company enough... particularly BETH... or perhaps I should call her WonderWoman... She turned our custom printed tape around in super fast timing and despatched it faster than we could say Jiminy Cricket. A total life saver!!!!!

No idea how the hell I am going to get our handset back (iPhone)... but if they keep it and a bankruptcy company dont give it back its theft... as they never paid for it - and so it still belongs to me.
Any ideas where we can all go for help?

I had dealings with this company regarding my husbands mobile contract.. and initially I was impressed but then after reading some of the reviews here - I panicked... and every little mistake they made or anything slightly misunderstood on my part - worried me... And I was concerned I had signed up and agreed to something that they wouldn't deliver on.. Leaving me a mess to untangle.
However... I would say.. that wherever there was a mistake or a misunderstanding - they have politely corrected it and explained.
The people I have spoken to there have been polite and helpful. Everything has been confirmed to me in writing - and each step along the way was explained.
All the calls are recorded and they dont appear to be scammers to me.
Obviously some people have had a very different experience - however there are always two sides.. and here we are only hearing one...

Kieran has been great at Prestige and has answered all my panics and concerns.

They do pay the exit fee from your current provider - but you have to send them the proof of the final payment - and they tend to deduct the current months billing...

I feel much more reassured now and have just transferred over two more mobile contracts... so thats three in total.

Oh and guess what - over an 18mth period... They worked out much cheaper than O2! So I just saved us about £200 per annum.

A shocking and stressful experience.
Needed a piling staff supplier for our piling equipment hire. We were unfortunate enough to be recommended this company - and they never failed to disappoint.
Changed the payment terms half way through the job - and then threatened to withhold all staff from arriving on site. Sent abusive emails to us - and then accused us of trying to rip THEM off.
One member of their 'staff' was drinking alcohol ON the job and sleeping on the roof of our garage. We had to ask him to leave the site. Ive never in all my years quite experienced a company as unprofessional as this one - with the slight possible exception of the Piling Equipment Hire company that recommended them to us in the first place. (That review is still to follow!).
In the end in order to secure the staff arriving on time and staying to complete the job we had to pay in full up front and then we had to claim back the overpayment - as another member of staff had gone home sick and left the site. They accused us of lying about the drunken labourer (his empty beer cans were in our waste bin! And he smelt of beer! He also told the other lads on site how he had been sacked by Balfour Beaty for being drunk at work.
I'll never forget this whole experience and would NEVER recommend them to any builder or contractor or engineer or architect.
The stress and upset they caused was utterly ridiculous and so unprofessional. And if they ever stumble upon this and disagree with me. I have all the emails I can post here to prove Im not lying!!!!!!

Love this company and their app. Ive sent money from UK to Austria loads of times now and its been a breeze each time. Can also set up alerts so that when the currency is at an exchange rate you like - you can send money!
