About Crosstown
Written by the company

Crosstown is an award-winning scratch bakery. We roll our dough by hand.
We make all of our jams, compotes, fillings, glazes and toppings in-house, fresh every day, using the finest ingredients we can find to deliver real, honest flavour.
It’s a lot of extra work, but we believe the results speak for themselves.
Quality should never be compromised no matter the quantity, although both can exist at the same time.
We think our doughnuts pair perfectly to specialty coffee, which is why we serve them together where we can.

Great coffee
Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible!
Spent £34 to get 6 doughnuts delivered for a special occasion and they just never turned up, you can’t get through to anyone on the number they provide and no one responds to the mail box for 2 days. Said they would rearrange the delivery and once again they didn’t show up. They are now ignoring my emails. I would never order again
A dozen stale birthday doughnuts!
We ordered a dozen doughnuts and candles for my wife's birthday celebrations. We lit them up for a party a few hours after they were delivered, but the whole batch was stale!
My wife wanted them because she visited Bristol a few weeks ago and said they were great, but clearly they don't travel well!
I've never had such a heavy and dry doughnut! So disappointing, and expensive (this batch of 12 stale doughnuts cost over £60).
---
After reaching out to their support I was basically told to get lost, and that their doughnuts were heavier because of the sourdough base - despite having mentioned my wife had been to their Bristol branch a few weeks earlier and there they were completely different.
I won't order from them again, there is clearly a quality control issue and their customer service is just offensive!

I've ordered a couple of times from Crosstown and their doughnuts never fail to disappoint.
And, they really were amazing looking, delicious works of art disguised as donuts, couldn't have asked for better 🙂
Great service and they take care of your car like it was their own
Great team at the Crosstown dealership in Edmonton was professional and polite. They have a great team at the service bay and nothing but good work.

Undrinkable insipid coffee for £3.40
Undrinkable insipid coffee for £3.40. Purchased at cute black van in Cabot Circus in Bristol. Weak, warm and an insult to coffee. Should have gone to McDonald's, or Pret a Manager, or anywhere else.
Never fail to disappoint :)
I've ordered a couple of times from Crosstown and their doughnuts never fail to disappoint. It's a shame they are so expensive, otherwise I'm sure I would order more frequently.
Fantastic all round!
They took an order the night before Christmas eve, then happily delivered on Christmas eve to à hotel that the recipient was staying in. And, they really were amazing looking, delicious works of art disguised as donuts. Couldn't have asked for better 🙂
Great customer service
Great customer service, and very tasty doughnuts for our event
Poor delivery
Doughnuts were ok - but delivery let it down. A couple of weeks after placing the order for delivery crosstown notified us they could not deliver on the agreed day… so we had to accept delivery earlier, meaning food was a bit stale for the event planned.
The best dougnuts ever
The best dougnuts ever. If you ain’t tried it, you haven’t lived. The fact they do nationwide delivery was on a game changer and it was on point. Great service all round
Wedding doughnuts
Crosstown provided doughnuts for our doughnut tower wedding cake. Communication was good throughout and when I had a problem accessing their online platform to finalise all the order details they were able to get it all sorted for us in time for our big day. Everyone said how delicious the doughnuts were and was a big hit at our wedding.
Great for a Christmas Office party!
Great service from Darcie and the team! Doughnuts were fantastic
Always delicious
Quickly delivered and with care. Lovely fresh and delicious doughnuts. Highly recommended.
Beatti was lovely
Beatti was lovely, very helpful and quick. The Donut Bites were delicious.
Naughty, but Nice
These doughnuts are amazing, I cannot fault them, but delivery was poor. The box was left outside my front door, I have a porch and a bell, but they did not knock or leave in then in a safe place.
